Tokki is DOPE. I came because I was craving ramen on my way into Colorado Springs, and turns out they have live music several nights a week! I came around 4:30 and caught happy hour (got a $3 beer) and a bowl of the Tokki chashu ramen. My total including tax and tip was like $30? Very reasonable. And there was a 3 person live music group with two guitarists and a violinist who started playing around 6p, they were very talented! My waitress was also sweet and helpful. I did not have a res but they had plenty of tables when I came @4:30ish, only a few were reserved. By the time I left around 6:30ish, a good number of folks were eating. They have very dark but clean bathrooms too! Of note - this place is deep inside a combo shopping center/apt complex; the map was confusing. Just park near the shops, and follow the map about a 2-3 minute walk "into" the apartment part, you'll find the place. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Overall, this spot is a vibe! I would def come back if craving ramen and wanting to hear live music, it was awesome they had that. read more

We went for happy hour and ordered one of everything and a drink off the happy hour menu. This included takoyaki, mandus, egg rolls, and crab rangoon. All the appetizers were so bad in my opinion. Even paying the discounted price I was very disappointed. Frozen from costco was better than some of these appetizers. The beer was solid. Some kind of local beer. For entrees we got the ramen, bulgogi tacos, bulgogi lettuce wraps, and some kind of fish and chip asian fusion dish. I thought everything was pretty solid, ESPECIALLY the fish and chips. The fish was so crispy and the sauce was flavorful. Fries that came with that were phenomenal. Ramen was just okay and the bulgogi lettuce wrap I enjoyed. It's a good amount of meat and the pork is actually spicy. The tacos were not my favorite, weird rendition and too greasy. The tacos are also huge... more like burritos but I'm not complaining. They had live music at 6 which we tried to eat super duper slow so that we could enjoy it. Wish they posted about the music online so we could have planned better. Our waitress was the cutest girl with impeccable fashion sense. She was super friendly and helpful 10/10. The vibe is like a jazz bar, it's pretty cute. This place is hard to find but it almost feels like a speakeasy in the midst of office buildings. It's a super cool ambiance, very dark inside but also turns into a karaoke bar on certain nights which is super cool. We ended coming here after a long day on Pikes Peak. The server was super nice and helpful. He gave us some good recommendations and we went with it. The tsunami tofu was absolutely delightful. The miso ramen was alright, I loved the variety of toppings in the ramen like gobo and menma which was very unique. Cute, cozy bar serving Asian fusion menu items. Tokki is located in a cluster of retail and restaurant buildings. Upon entering you sense a trendy vibe. The dining area has booths and seating with armchairs. You're immediately greeted by the bartender who also moonlights as your delightful and friendly server. You quickly learn that this place is a local spot. They offer variety of specials during the week such as Sunday night karaoke and several nights of live entertainment during the week. Ordered the bulgogi lettuce wrap(combo pork and beef, additional charge if one or the other). Serving size was enough for 2 to share. Lettuce was fresh and crisp. Bulgogi was well seasoned, came with freshly grated wasabi (rare find). Also ordered the bento box which comes with rice and your choice of 4 sides. I never expected to find a jazz bar tucked away off South Nevada, but I'm so glad I found Tokki. Walking in, the red scoop chairs and warm purple lighting felt very nostalgic, like stepping into another decade. It's done up for Halloween right now, so it's even a little spooky. Since we went to Tokki during happy hour, we got a few different delicious apps for $5 a piece! The mains- bulgogi tacos and bulgogi fries- were crispy, saucy, and so, so flavorful. Basically the perfect drunk food. The drinks were also fantastic. GENEROUS amounts of alcohol, but mixed so well you could barely taste it. We ordered the Grogo and the Mai Tokki, and I've never seen cuter drink presentation in my life. Shout out to our bartender, who was also the waitress and hostess. She was running the whole show and making it look easy, still giving us drink recommendations and attentive service. When we 1st walked in we were surprised at the playing music (this was a Saturday eve). I should have paid closer attention to descriptions of place not just food, but it worked out super well. Think bar with seating around a small stage and live music, which was very good. It was loud but added to the atmosphere and they played New Orleans styled jazzy music. Amazing hidden Gem! Upon arrival, we were greeted by the sound of a lovely jazz group. Very unassuming atmosphere, but definitely a chill vibe. As we reviewed the menu, the cocktail and food options were eclectic and fun! We ordered quite a bit (see all the pics) and every single dish and cocktail were delish! Chris was our server, and he took very good care of us. Peter was behind the bar crafting cocktails, serving food and seemed like he knew many of the customers. Seriously, what a gem of a place! My husband and I were looking for a date night location near our resort. We came upon this place expecting good food and hoping for decent drinks. I came to Tokki last month to celebrate my 20 year Anniversary and it looks like I scored the perfect spot. I was eager to try something new and inspired by all the awesome photos I saw online. My husband and I arrived at 5 PM because we wanted an early start to our evening dinner but also because we thought it was going to fill up fast which it did. Our server was very friendly and attentive to our needs and often came to check on our table. She made sure to put our orders in right away as soon as we let her know we were ready to taste another round of Tapas. I had too many amazing things from the menu that I can't even remember what I got. The main thing that stood out for me though was their amazing beef gyoza. It was the best I've ever had and very addicting! I also had a drink that looked like baby Yoda, I forgot what it was called but it was super tasty! Sweet but not too sweet and I thank my waitress for steering me in the right direction. I was about to order the pina colada and she said that was going to awfully sweet for me so I took her advice. I absolutely loved the ambience here, it was romantic and very little lighting and their was a musician on the stage that set the perfect mood for the evening. Wanted to try this place out for my husband's birthday. The reviews looked good and I liked the fact they had live music on a Friday. I emailed them and asked if I could make a reservation and maybe do something special for the birthday. They responded so quickly, and made sure we had a great time. The service and staff was amazing all around. The menu is largely more tapas style with poke bowls, Asian inspired tacos, and ramen. We ordered the Mandu and Crab Rangoon which were simple but delicious. For the main we ordered the Poke Bowl, and Ramen which were also very good. My Korean momma would approve. The band was good and even gave the hubs a birthday serenade.
