The food has been good the last few times I went. When I want a couple months ago, you walked in and ordered from the kiosk and then sat down and your food would come out relatively quickly. Yesterday I went with a friend and they had changed the process. The ordering kiosks were for take-out only and we were seated and given menus and a marker to mark what we wanted. We decided what we wanted fairly quickly, but it was 25 min before someone returned to take our orders (including drinks). After she took our menus it was still another 35-40 min before we got our food. Went here after a very long day and just wanted some good food. We were the only people in there on a Monday late afternoon and we were immediately greeted and sat at our table. The lady (assuming owner) was so nice and attentive and made sure we were taken care of. She was eating with one of the other workers but she would regularly check up and make sure we were happy.
