He has supposed to create a website for me within two weeks which has now turned in 4.5 months which resulted in loss of revenue. He will continue to string you along and really only responds when asking for payment. He moves your website to an unauthorized location also removes your access to website as if it's his, we had no binding contract to prove I've authorized anything that he has done. I wouldn't refer him to anyone because this has been a horrible experience and I wouldn't want anyone to go through the same

This rating is based on my experience with Concurrent's customer service. The company I work for…read morepurchased a couple of units from Concurrent. We needed additional specifications not included online or in spec sheets (air flow direction, fan manufacturer, fan curves, details/photos of internal layout). So I request this information from customer support and was told by Joe that a teleconference would help get me what I needed. The conference call had 3 people from Concurrent on the line. Basically, I repeated what my original inquiry stated and was told that a site ID number and serial number was needed before any information could be divulged. After a few more emails about incorrect numbers (one unit's site ID number was incorrect and, for some reason, I needed numbers for both units to get any information), I finally received some information in the form of the generic website specifications page that I had already seen for one of the two units of interest. I was told the second unit is a unique configuration and that no information or spec sheet is available! First of all, this could have been told to me after my original inquiry because the model number of the unit was provided, avoiding the back and forth emails. Second, none of the information I requested was provided. The webpage for the first unit made it clear to me that I needed to contact the manufacturer of the chassis. The information for the second unit simply doesn't exist according to Concurrent - how can a unit not have any documentation supporting it? In short, after communicating my dissatisfaction, I was told that another meeting would help and that's where I drew the line. I was never put through to technical support even though the sales rep in charge of my case clearly did not have the ability to answer my questions. Numerous times he mentioned how contacting his engineers would come with some cost, all while saying fan specs would be easy to obtain. The whole thing felt like an attempt to extract funds for customer support. My experience with other vendors is completely opposite to this one. Technical questions are immediately elevated to technical engineers until all questions are answered to the customer's satisfaction. Some vendors even go above and beyond by providing more information than was originally asked for. The experience I had was shared by another colleague in my organization. Had either of us known this beforehand, we would have reconsidered our purchase from Concurrent. Instead of setting up meetings with 3 reps and going back and forth with emails, redirect some of your resources to engineers that can answer customer questions.
