My go to UPS store. I do all my pick up and drop off of packages mostly at this location. I've yet to have any issues. They are currently renovated the plaza they are located in so there's heavy construction in this area. read more

The people at this store are amazing! Every time I come they are very polite, gentle and helpful.

This UPS Store is slightly further for me than another UPS store, but I come here because the people who work here (own it?) are efficient and friendly. I am a frequent shipper due to my business, and sometimes if I'm in a huge rush they'll let me leave the packages and they always get to their destination on time. Of course I prefer to get my receipt "just in case". No complaints, and I'll continue to come here. The only slightly annoying thing is the parking lot. The spots are tiny and there's not a lot of them. Often asshats will block the exit at the light even though that is illegal, so that is a bit annoying. But, it's like that pretty much everywhere in Floriduh. :) read more

Ariana was extremely rude and unhelpful. All I needed was for them to print a label. I don't mind paying for it. The store says they offer printing services. I was told to rent a computer and then pay to print the page. She refused to give me the store's email address because she didn't want to print the page. Then she refused to give me the store manager's name or information. Terrible customer service. I will not return. read more

We needed a document notarized for our mortgage company. After being jerked around by Truist Bank who ended up not honoring our appointment, Jelani at UPS store not only helped us, but redid our document when we had to come back later (our mistake). He didn't even charge us for the second time! We've been here before for the shipping; we'll be back for the notarizing! read more

New management, will need new customers before long. We have been clients of UPS for almost 20 years. I recently bought something and shipped it to our ups box because I was going to be out of town. Most items are usually addressed to my husband. We have the same last name and they returned the item immediately because my husbands name was not on the item. Seems like common sense, an item shipped to a box, a woman's name on the item with the same last name. That is the least of their problems, the lack of customer service will be the complete downfall of the new management. I am already in the process of moving my box to a different store. read more

Older gentlemen was very rude to my elderly mother today when she went to return her AT&T equipment. AT&T told her to bring the equipment to the UPS store to have it shipped back at no charge. She had packed the equipment in their original boxes and brought them to UPS. The older gentleman snapped at his clerk that they didn't need all the packaging and cords, just the boxes and power cords. When the young clerk asked if he could put the packaging in the dumpster, the older gentleman snapped that they didn't throw away other people's trash. My parents have used this location for the 15 years they've lived in Margate. Time to find a different UPS location. read more

I always come to this UPS Store to send out packages for my company, and they always do an excellent job with everything. Granville is always so helpful, and the best part? They also send USPS! So even if I need to do USPS, I come here! I even buy my stamps here. Very great local business, and they always have a chuckle or banter to one another from time to time when I am here--great people! I love supporting local business whenever I come here. You get more bees with honey, and I have seen people be rude and disrespectful to them for no reason. You got bad service here? Check yourself, because everyone here does a phenomenal job, and guess what? It was torture being in this facility. The old people running it are so amazingly stupid and incompetent. It took forever for them to complete simple tasks and they were extremely rude. My husband and I have been going to this UPS location for about a year. We have seen the older man be very nice and friendly with other customers but when ever it is our turn he is very unfriendly doesn't smile or even responds back when you say thank you. He just makes a hmm noise. I live really close to this location and I have been going here for the past few weeks since I have been in need of faxing and printing small documents for personal use. Each time I go in the same man and woman are in there and are very short and rude to other customers and myself. When asking to fax or print they always come back at me with a condescending question or their most common retort "I don't know. We don't do that". I will discontinue coming here and drive the extra 2 miles to FedEx Kinko's because I cannot give my money to this establishing for one more day. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. read more

I didn't trust having a package left outside my daughter's house while she was at work due to all the theft going on so I called this UPS store about having it delivered there for pick-up. My daughter doesn't have an account with them but they were very helpful and handled it for a small reasonable fee. They even followed up with an email when they got it. read more
