I understand if they are really busy they may be later than the initial estimate but why not let the customer know. You also can't cancel an order so we had no choice but to wait 2 hours. As I said it is usually a good experience but for my family tonight that had never used it before it was not a good first impression. Communication was really lacking. Also did not get the sauce I requested.The delivery driver did apologize and said they would waive the delivery fee. I haven't received anything official on that so we will see.

The wrong pump was programmed for the gas I pre paid for and instead of the cashier programming the right pump she proceeded to tell me that it's my fault and she doesn't have to give me any gas or my money back. Some person who I doubt was a manger proceeded to argue while pointing her finger like a disheveled addict (she didn't apologize for the other employee) but she wanted to argue. And finally when she realize that I was not going anywhere until they give me the gas I paid for she reluctantly programmed the pump. I can't beleive they are allowed to work there both of them don't have any business dealing with the public...their attitudes match their appearance I will not be back.
