Required a second surgery. Then in December of 2007 he told me to "bring in my social security paperwork because he couldn't fix me." With me not knowing he messed up. He kept it a secret for 6 months. I have never recovered. Never will. I tried to sue when I found out, and got screwed again because they were colleagues. This attorney had no plans of filing my suit, and I firmly believe that Emory paid him to stall my case until my statute expired. No one was held accountable. Arachnoiditis, Multiple sclerosis, Fibromyalgia, Spondylosis, Costalchondritis, and Roto-Scoliosis. That's what I have to live with because of Emory. And you all have me blackballed. I have called to set up appointments, only to have them canceled or hung up on once my social security number is numb. If anyone should be responsible for my pain management and aftercare, it is Emory. I STRUGGLE to find a doctor to help me and can't or won't.
