Data I need to have on hand, phone number, email address, order number, part number, when it was ordered, who ordered it, how did you pay for it, what was your weight that day, etc changes and prevents you from speaking to someone who can rectify the issue. I was told my appointment was his first stop on the scheduled day but he never showed up. I called after he was more than an hour late.
