She said, "well, information just gets put in our computer and we call". So basically, farming leads like a telemarketer instead of actually caring about the customer's specific requests (that they be contacted the same way they reached out). I asked her to remove the contact detail - she hung up without acknowledging or apologizing. So basically, just like a telemarketer. Avoid them.

Jim found the problem and explained how the shingles had not been well installed, so that over the years they had slipped down. He replaced the torn shingles and then glued down many existing shingles above the damaged area. The second problem was far less serious. Jim stands by his work, his pricing was fair, and he has a A+ rating at the BBB (on 12/16/2021).
