I brought it after work around 5:10 pm and they called me about 10 min later with a diagnosis and a cost. I needed a sleeve and it would cost 92.50. I agreed and they had it repaired in 20 minutes. The whole process took 30 minutes and I'm very satisfied with the quickness and how friendly the people were. I'm very satisfied and plan to take all my repair work to them.

Everything seemed fine at first, so I decided to let them do their thing and stayed patient throughout the process. After about 4-5 weeks of my truck being in the shop, they kept telling me that a bracket was missing or that they had received the wrong one. This happened over and over again. I continued to be patient, and after about 6 weeks, I finally got my truck back. Keep in mind, the damage was only minor front-end damage. When I got the truck back, there was about a 1-inch gap between my bumper and grille. They also installed the wrong fender liner, which caused my tires to rub against it. Six weeks without my truck for what turned out to be a terrible job is extremely disappointing. Honestly, I feel like I could have found someone on the street who would have done a better and quicker job. I gave them plenty of patience and opportunities to get it right, but unfortunately, I can't recommend this shop based on my experience.

We went to Rony's body shop and requested that the check given to us be used for paint that was peeling on the front hood and roof Instead of the bumper/scratches. We were told no problem. 1 week later they called to say the bumper was repaired. We couldn't believe they fixed the bumper when we specifically asked them not to. we made our repair request very clear. They even received additional money from the insurance company for the bumper repair! The paint job wasn't even done that we requested! We had to pay extra for the job we originally asked for. They took advantage of us. Did not listen to us and lied to us. After picking up the vehicle we noticed the inside of the vehicle was filthy with hand prints on the dash, side panel and roof of the vehicle. They definitely do not offer the customer service and quality work the old owners gave. Shame on them!

I walked in, there was a couple guys watching out the big window. No call to us about the accident, no apology. I was upset and asked who was paying for the damages since they put it on the road and wasnt paying a repair if i couldn't drive my car. They said they weren't responsible, it's on the public road and someone had to pay the bill. I left and left the car. My insurance can handle it. This place doesn't put its customers first. My insurance sent me here after I had been rear ended, all seemed good at first, they got my car in…read morequick. I had asked them to do an alignment on it because it wasn't steering properly and it's a brand new car with under 5k miles so I obviously wanted it straightened out. They said they would look at it and get it fixed up. I dropped it off on a Monday morning and on Friday they were calling me telling me the car was still missing a piece but they wanted me to pick it up anyway (yeah I'm not picking up an incomplete car just to fit their time quotas). They suddenly had the back ordered part it was missing a few minutes later and were able to complete it so I went and picked it up that Friday. The alignment was still off from first driving it away but I decided to have my dealership fix it when i went in for an oil change a few weeks later figuring they'd do a better job anyway. At the dealer I was told that my car still had a bent axel arm from the accident, something that them running an alignment immediately told them. So my question is did Minsers completely miss the $1700 of damage this was or did they find it and decide it wasn't important enough to fix (I'm not sure which is worse). I then called my insurance company and they told me I had to take my car back to Minsers despite my objections. I took the car back the day after the dealer found the damage and was told they would get it fixed up. After I had dropped it off I got a call from them informing me there were allegedly scratches on my wheel insinuating I had further damaged the vehicle not related to the accident. I'm not sure what was going on with that or what they were trying to pull but I obviously had not damaged my vehicle and the call ended with that. I got my car back today and it appears to be fixed and driving like new again which I appreciate (and expect). I looked at all of my wheels and there are no scratches to be found which is interesting to me as there we're supposed "fresh" scratches on a wheel. All in all yes my car is now fixed after bringing it to them twice. They seemed to use genuine GM parts which is also a positive. Although I felt as if they were trying to take advantage of me and possibly scam me due to me being a young woman and not knowledgeable about cars. Pictures to show that the damage wasn't even that extreme.

A place you can trust!!!…read more I unfortunately wrecked my car pretty bad a few years ago and took it here for repair. It was in bad shape and they did a wonderful job of putting it back together. Someone keyed my car and another person sideswiped it and left some marks on each side of the car. I took it in for a face lift today and it looks brand new again. The owner is very nice and even had my car cleaned up for me when I came to pick it up. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I've seen plenty of customer cars here over the years so I figured that it was worth a try. My 2004 Grand Marquis needed two things repaired, the speed control for the blower and the air suspension compressor. They did the work promptly and at a reasonable price, far better than what the dealership was estimating. Previously I tried the Lincoln dealership in Southgate for the blower not being able to be controlled. It was either on high or off. Their mechanic had the car for 2 days and couldn't find a problem. They said it was working fine and sent me on my way. It failed as I pulled out of their parking lot so I went back. They said I could leave it again for the night and they would look it the next day again. I decided that apparently their mechanic was not too experienced with intermittent blower speed issues even though the problem is highly recognized on Youtube for the Panther platform cars. On my own with Youtube's help I concluded that it was the blower control resistor, as this was a common issue with the Panther platform and decided to take it to Livernois Automotive. Mike and I talked and they replaced the blower resistor and the problem was successfully fixed in addition to the air compressor I needed for the suspension system. Mike and his mechanics are what we look for in mechanics. Honest, dependable, and with reasonable prices. This is now my go-to shop for automotive repairs. Thanks Mike....
