I took my Lincoln back yesterday, after a rust problem around a wheel well, and it was beautiful, with new pin striping and a perfect finish match. My insurance sent me here after I had been rear ended, all seemed good at first, they got my car in…read morequick. I had asked them to do an alignment on it because it wasn't steering properly and it's a brand new car with under 5k miles so I obviously wanted it straightened out. They said they would look at it and get it fixed up. I dropped it off on a Monday morning and on Friday they were calling me telling me the car was still missing a piece but they wanted me to pick it up anyway (yeah I'm not picking up an incomplete car just to fit their time quotas). They suddenly had the back ordered part it was missing a few minutes later and were able to complete it so I went and picked it up that Friday. The alignment was still off from first driving it away but I decided to have my dealership fix it when i went in for an oil change a few weeks later figuring they'd do a better job anyway. At the dealer I was told that my car still had a bent axel arm from the accident, something that them running an alignment immediately told them. So my question is did Minsers completely miss the $1700 of damage this was or did they find it and decide it wasn't important enough to fix (I'm not sure which is worse). I then called my insurance company and they told me I had to take my car back to Minsers despite my objections. I took the car back the day after the dealer found the damage and was told they would get it fixed up. After I had dropped it off I got a call from them informing me there were allegedly scratches on my wheel insinuating I had further damaged the vehicle not related to the accident. I'm not sure what was going on with that or what they were trying to pull but I obviously had not damaged my vehicle and the call ended with that. I got my car back today and it appears to be fixed and driving like new again which I appreciate (and expect). I looked at all of my wheels and there are no scratches to be found which is interesting to me as there we're supposed "fresh" scratches on a wheel. All in all yes my car is now fixed after bringing it to them twice. They seemed to use genuine GM parts which is also a positive. Although I felt as if they were trying to take advantage of me and possibly scam me due to me being a young woman and not knowledgeable about cars. Pictures to show that the damage wasn't even that extreme.

A place you can trust!!!…read more I unfortunately wrecked my car pretty bad a few years ago and took it here for repair. It was in bad shape and they did a wonderful job of putting it back together. Someone keyed my car and another person sideswiped it and left some marks on each side of the car. I took it in for a face lift today and it looks brand new again. The owner is very nice and even had my car cleaned up for me when I came to pick it up. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I own a Classic last year Cadillac Eldorado that needed a replacement hood painted. I was told the…read morepainter had 30 years in paint. When I got a call that my car was ready, to my surprise, the repainted hood was loaded with dirt that had been painted over. Instead of removing the front grill, it was covered over leaving a heavy break line. Worse than the incompetent painter, no one including the paint Manager found this to be a problem. I rejected it of course and informed them, that I expected better, to take their time and get it right. Weeks later I once again got a call to pickup my car. This time there were craters and dirt . Angrily I pointed this out to the person there, pointing out the issues. He said he would inform the paint manager Dan. A one Star because the painter did manage to get the paint on the hood. Finally I was abled to get my car out of that hell hole. The paint wasn't perfect, but it would only get worse with repeated repairs. Avoid this place if you care about your vehicle. Can you imagine a Paint Shop that would paint over a sanded Hood and not blow and tack off, as well as an alcohol rag wipe before painting and then get by the Body shop manager .
