I called today and was blessed with a same day appointment. She is being treated for her arthritis with an injection and good old gabapentin. It was her lucky day and I treated her to a mani and pedi. Not so lucky for blood work. The office is very kind to humans too. They have a fridge with complementary drinks, goodies like chips and cookies. Along with a keurig for coffee drinkers. When I was here I saw dogs of all ages. However if you have a senior dog with aches and pains I highly recommend Lincoln animal hospital. They are very kind to their patients. Prices are reasonable. Staff is very friendly.

He treats each one of our questions seriously and addresses everything clearly. He would interactively show us on his computer, the pictures and videos of subjects/topics we are discussing. The assistant was also friendly, courteous and thorough. The office wasn't too busy during our visit, the parking (3 regular and 2 handicap) might be limited if there are more patients.

Dr. Cho did an amazing job removing it, and my dog's recovery was quick and smooth. Before Dr. Cho, we were preparing ourselves to put him down as my dog seemed to be in pain all the time and it was hard for us to see him like that. Dr. Cho was also incredibly accommodating and supportive as I prepare to fly my dog to Hawaii, which has very strict and detailed pet entry requirements. Even though this was something the clinic had never done before, Dr. Cho went above and beyond by researching everything thoroughly to make sure I could bring my dog with me. He ordered the FAVN Rabies Titer Test and will be issuing my dog's health certificate prior to arrival in Hawaii. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Cho has been patient, attentive, and caring. The staff are also great! They're all friendly, professional, and always helpful. It's unfortunate that my dog will be in Hawaii... otherwise Dr. Cho would absolutely continue to be my dog's vet. The pictures shows my dog before we found Dr. Cho, immediately after the surgery, and then yesterday's picture where we celebrated my dog's 12th birthday. Also a plus that Dr. Cho's office is immaculately clean and modern. I'm very glad we found Dr. Cho. If you're looking for an amazing, knowledgeable, and caring vet, I would definitely recommend Dr. Cho. You won't be disappointed!

Our 18-year old…read morecat, Lily, was declining in health quickly and Dr. Horvath made room in her schedule to see Lily today TWICE. Dr. H suggested an abdominal ultrasound, and we found a vet who could do one the same day. Before we left Little Cottonwood, Dr. Horvath gave Lily sub-Q fluid and something to help her relax in lieu of all of the trauma that she was going through. After the ultrasound, we heard bad news - cancer. The diagnosis was enough information we needed to make a decision. I can't say how peaceful it is to KNOW what the diagnosis is and KNOW that we can make a decision based on facts. Dr. Horvath opened her schedule up again, set us up in a very private room in her office, and gave us the time we needed with Lily before helping her pass over the Rainbow Bridge. Losing a beloved pet of 18 years is so difficult. I am grateful for the support and knowledge Dr. Horvath provided during Lily's long life, but also what we needed when the time came to make a difficult decision. The prices were reasonable and we did not feel pressured to buy any services that were cost-associated. I've now taken 2 different furbabies on 2 separate occasions. Both times we were treated with love, kindness and a sense of urgency from Dr. Malone. Two of the staff actually picked up my dog because she was not walking & too heavy for me to carry. They handled her with care and compassion. Prices don't seem outrageous with $60 being the check up fee and quotes given for recommended meds & potential other services. Front desk staff and phone etiquette is a plus.

We opted to take her home for the night and tried to search for any animal hospital that would get her seen as soon as possible the following morning. We called in the morning around and were able to be seen same day within just a few minutes. Every staff member we interacted with was very caring, sweet and helpful! Dr. Lee and his staff were able to turn this stressful event around for us. He answered all of our questions and concerns and was very thorough during the physical exam he conducted on my sweet pup. After that, most of the communication shifted toward costs, approvals, and payments rather than clear medical updates. I understand veterinary care is expensive and estimates are necessary. However, this experience felt far more transactional, especially in moments that required compassion. I paid about $517 for basic treatment (antibiotics, patient room fees, iv fluids, vaccines, cone, and fees), but no diagnostics were completed. I was quoted $1,000+ for x-rays. Feeling overwhelmed by staffs, I ultimately left and sought care elsewhere. At another clinic, my dog received imaging, was diagnosed with a broken rib and dental injury, and received full treatment for a much more affordable price. Beyond the cost, that clinic felt far more present and personal, and the experience itself felt reassuring and grounded rather than transactional. Thankfully, he is now safe and recovering. After posting my original review, the business publicly responded and asked me to reach out directly. I did so immediately, in good faith, hoping for clarification or resolution. I never received a response. That gap between public reply and private silence is part of why I'm sharing this. That, combined with the experience in person, is what disappointed me most -- not just the visit itself, but the lack of follow-through afterward. When a business responds publicly but doesn't continue that same level of communication privately, it raises concerns about sincerity and whether the response is about resolution or reputation.

We were heart broken but He and Suzanne were amazing and walked us through the steps to give Gizmo the medicine she needed to be comfortable. Last week it was time and we called Dr. Charlie at LaFinn and had a sad but peaceful experience as Gizmo sailed to heaven surrounded by love. Thank you Gentle Care team and by the way we were so surprised yesterday to receive a beautiful card in the main from the Gentle Care team each writing us a wonderful note wishing us sympathy and condolences. We are sad today as we miss our Gizmo terribly but know she enjoyed a wonderful life with us. Thank you the Gentle Care Team and the LaFinn team.

I was incredibly happy with the referral, and we got in quickly, which was a huge relief during a stressful time. I love that I can usually get an appointment when I feel something is off with Pepper, sometimes even the same day. The staff consistently goes above and beyond, and I've recommended many friends and neighbors here. A special shout-out to Dr. Boyker: she consistently understands Pepper's sensitive tummy issues and chronic pancreatitis. I took my senior dog to get his teeth cleaned and when I picked him up, the person who explained…read morethe medication ended the conversation with how much he barked and took off a cone etc. I don't know why she would say that. He was obviously stressed out from the procedure and I told her that he really doesn't bark at home. I really don't know what the point of that was besides to make me feel bad and not likely, but what if they were peeved at my dog and didn't treat him nicely. So I'm not grading on that but the fact that they made me feel bad and even think that made me feel uneasy. Also, before I dropped him off I asked to get his anal glands expressed and when I asked when I picked him up if that was done and they said "oh they were empty" (he's usually not empty). It made me feel like they forgot to do it and they just said it was empty. Overall, I'm just disappointed by how badly I felt after picking him up and not feeling certain of the care my dog received. I used to like this place but they're losing their bedside manner here so I'm going to look for another vet who is more compassionate with care for senior dogs.

Upon checkin in they will have your pet step on a scale in the waiting room then you're assigned a room for them to assess them. Once the condition is discussed and treatment agreed upon, they will give you an estimate for those services before proceeding. Once all of that is agreed upon, they take them to the back to perform the treatment (if they're getting shots, etc). You pay on your way out. Bonus: they have a welcome sign where they write the animals names that's coming in that day. Our dog can't read . But it makes us smile to know he's welcome.
