I had the roasted BBQ ribs with roasted potatoes and coleslaw, a glass of the homemade sencha rose kombucha, and a piece of GF chocolate cake with raspberries. The food was great. The "ribs" didn't really look like ribs but had a meaty tenderness which was really good once I got used to it (I've had real ribs maybe once in my life and didn't enjoy it - this was way better). The kombucha was a little sweeter than I was expecting but tasted great - I could taste the sencha. It was a little expensive, but to be fair, the ribs were one of the more expensive dishes and were probably still less expensive than real ribs of the same quality. Friendly service. The waiters spoke English. The food took a reasonable amount of time to come out after I ordered. The kitchen closes from 4-5:30, and I showed up around 3:45 for a very early dinner, and I appreciated that they could accommodate me and cook my meal even thought it took them a few minutes past 4.

A nice texture and oniony garlicky flavor. We also enjoyed the pickled salmon (gravlox). This was a succulent and flavorful salmon fillet with a delicate saltiness. Every thing was also served with various pickled veggies too. Beets, carrots, cucumbers, Olives and capers.
