I came in to get a consultation, and they snipped two big test strands from my hair. Then they…read moredisappeared, never got back to me about how the test strands came out, and did not send pictures of the test strands. I wasted two weeks of my time, and for their extremely strict rules and regulations, including filling out a contract for the service, the way they treated me was absolutely horrible and disappointing. The two strands of hair they took from my hair were in vain, and that is really upsetting. Lindsey, the owner, was the one handling this, and she handled it horribly. If this was the case for the owner, I couldn't imagine for the rest of the hairstylists. Lastly - the front desk person, Dorly, always had a condescending tone. I ended up losing in this situation, and I will never return, and I'd advise you to save your time and money and try elsewhere.

She did an OUTSTANDING job. I wear little to no makeup. My routine includes mascara and lip gloss, so I was really nervous about finding a makeup artist who was sensitive to my taste. Her unique airbrush technique made my makeup feel light and look natural. I was very comfortable with the outcome and my photos turned out beautifully. One of my biggest concerns was not being able to feel like myself during my wedding scheduled for next year. Randi asked that I come by to do a "trial run" so that she could make sure that the look I wanted was actually the look I wanted, and I walked away from that first meeting feeling confident that I was in good hands. On the day of my wedding, she greeted me like I was an old friend and made sure that my already stressful morning became less so, with a relaxing environment, champagne, and a much needed temporary break from my mental checklist. By the end of the session, I looked like me, but a more perfect version of me. I have never had more people tell me how flawless my face looked or how they were amazed that after all the dancing, laughing, and drinking (ladies, you ALL know what I'm talking about when you look perfect, have a few drinks, and minutes later, look like you ran an August marathon in Death Valley), I looked like I had just stepped out of the makeup chair.
