As we walked through the home going over the fine details of what was needed as well as the tight timeline and budget, Jacqueline (owner of business) let us know that this was a larger job than she would be able to do to a satisfactory level. After Jacqueline arrived she quickly assessed my unit and determined that my unit did not meet the criteria for the cost for a deep cleaning service. At her suggestion, we went down to the leasing office and confirmed with the property manager that I had a better alternative as my unit did not require a "deep cleaning". I wrote this review to emphasize Jacqueline's honesty and I believe she is one of the few genuine people out there.
