I was an avid kosmios shopper like many of the reviews below. Sadly, I will not be purchasing anything else from this company. I placed a pre-order for the green "maximize your potential sweater dress and I never received it. The order was placed in Aug of 2024 and here we are in Nov of 2024 and no dress received. I reached out to the company through email and received a response of "backups with their manufacture" and received a $30 store credit for the delay. Then one day I received an email stating good news that my order would be shipped in October of 2024, hooray! But to no avail it was never shipped. I reached out again for last time through email and received this "We have received your inquiry! Our Customer Support team will respond at the earliest opportunity (Monday - Friday). We look forward to assisting you! *Crickets So I went to the website to check my order status and the website was down. "Stating temporarily closed" and "needed time to regroup." The only way I was able to contact this company is through email, which you'll receive generic automated reply saying "someone will contact you" which never happens as you see stated above. Poked around on their ig page and the comments had been turned off, which was never the case. They've lost my business for good and saddened by the lack of communication, customer service and ultimately theft and deceit from a once reputable company. You will not receive a refund and will need to file a claim through your bank to recover your funds. Tread lightly if you dare. I would not recommend this company. read more

I was once an avid shopper of Kosmios. Not sure why the change to make the bulk of their items a pre-order. I'm so disappointed with them, back in early June 2024 I pre-ordered a dress that never arrived on June 30th. I called to ask for a status, and informed that it will be in stock in early August. When the end of August arrived I called to request a refund. It's been 2 months now and my promised refund has yet to be hit my account. I've sent several messages and I only receive a promise that it's on the way or the refund dept is looking into it. I am now taking it to the BBB because this is not how business should be ran. I ordered a plaid skirt. It was pre-order and I placed my order in September. The skirt was to ship October 15. It shipped maybe a week late but I received my order and I absolutely love the skirt. Against my better judgement, I placed a pre-order 7/23/2024 for a shipment anticipation date 9/15/2024. I inquired about the shipment 9/21/2024 to check the status. I received an email today, 9/30/2024, stating that they had issues with the manufacturer and will not be able to send the item until MID NOVEMBER and they were giving me a $30 credit (as if this is a favor to me). Just got my first order and I absolutely love my items. The pants are a bit long but I actually prefer my pants to be longer rather than too short. I'm 5'9 and a size 4. The pants fit perfect in the waist just need them hemmed up a little due to them being a little long. I've been shopping on many websites and to find pants that are long and a true size small I am absolutely happy with my purchase!!! I love the top!! No complaints, the sleeves are the perfect length. The company offers pre order items, but you never receive them. One of my items was canceled and they sent a gift card that wasn't redeemable. The two orders were placed March 19, 2023 and April 2, 2023, and of the five items I was missing 2 items and still to this day only able to email and no items nor a refund. Only issue is that I had to return my purchase, as the item is ordered didn't fit, and between being responsible for paying the return shipping cost plus the $5.99 restocking fee they charge, I'm out $19. I've visited the site before and am familiar with Kosmios from social media but yesterday was my first visit to the store front. Let's just say that I walked in with no intentions on buying anything (I was simply taking my mom who is a huge fan of their clothing and was in town)...and I left with about 6 new pieces. The clothes are beautiful! Everything I tried on had a super comfy feel and a pretty close to perfect body fit. The interior of the store is cute and clean. Staff that were present during our visit were super attentive, personable, and just genuinely nice.
