Ms. Kosto was excellent with my very nervous poodle today. When we got there she didn't hustle Molly into the clipping room, but rather, knowing she was so nervous, let her run around her backyard getting used to the sights, sounds, and smells. Then after a few minutes, she opened the door and Molly went in. I loved that she let me stay and watch this interaction. When I came to pick Molly up, she looked great. Thank you so much for a very relaxing experience. read more
