I loved she called me ahead of time so next time I will know to not leave when they text or call. Normally groomer calls me late and my dog has been waiting in a crate for a long time. I left my only remaining dog, Dinky, with them on August 17, 2021, for the usual grooming needs. In the days following, I noticed that Dinky's very small tail had been cut off, presumably by Craig, who always bathes her. Barbara and Craig denied the obvious and even had the nerve to say that it must have happened at my home, which is absolutely ridiculous! These two have never taken responsibility for what they did, including refusing to help defray the vet costs. Tomorrow, Nov. 17, Dinky is scheduled for surgery to permanently close the wound. The cost is estimated to be $800. Barbara and Craig are heartless and vicious deniers. Take your pets to this establishment at your own risk!

The dogs always seemed well cared for and as calm as you could expect going for a grooming. My family and I moved out of state for a few years and returned in 2023- even though we no longer drive in Smithfield, we drive about 30 mins to bring our 4 dogs (2 are the same. 2 different). In the last 2 weeks, I have had my 13yr old Jack Russell get shaved ($60) and my 2.5yr old Husky mix get a de-shed and "butt fluff" clean up ($100). Both doggos looked and smelled great, and my husky was so comfy it was hard for them to get her to leave lol! I think pricing is great (they haven't even changed pricing on my Jack Russell since 2016)! But more importantly, they seem genuinely kind and caring to the dogs they care for.
