He responds to questions and concerns in a timely manner and is thorough with the process end to end. He keeps you informed and clearly explains the process, expected timelines, and any next step actions that needs to be taken. I never felt abandoned or left wondering about my case. He truly has your best intentions at heart. Thank you Dr. Niazmand and Maggie Jalilvand for your representation. You are second to none!

If you're reading this because you're overwhelmed by the SSDI process, I was in your exact position…read more-- confused, denied twice, and honestly exhausted. Hiring Dr. Amir Niazmand at California Disability Advocates was the turning point that changed everything for me. From day one, he immediately identified why my original SSDI application failed and what had gone wrong during the earlier stages. His ability to break down the issues clearly -- and without judgment -- gave me more clarity in a single conversation than I had gotten in months of dealing with SSA on my own. What stood out most was his communication and organization. He handled every single SSA message promptly, guided me through each step, and prepared me thoroughly: * A month before the hearing (strategy and evidence review) * A week before (fine-tuning my testimony and expectations) * The day before (last-minute confidence check-in) He never rushed me and answered every question with patience and expertise. Just a couple of days before my ALJ hearing, I received the result from a new MRI assessment that supported my disability. Dr. Amir submitted it immediately, and the judge actually reviewed it before our hearing -- something that could easily have been missed without an advocate who stays on top of everything. I was also surprised by how quickly things moved. I hired him in June and received a court date in November -- much sooner than I expected. And when the day arrived, my ALJ hearing lasted less than 20 minutes, even though these hearings typically run 45 minutes to an hour. The judge had no further questions beyond what Dr. Amir had prepared me for, which speaks to how strong and organized my case presentation was. I walked in nervous and a bit overwhelmed, but I walked out feeling understood and represented. For anyone wondering about the cost: yes, SSDI representatives typically receive 25% of your backpay, capped by federal law (currently around $7,200). This is a standard, one-time fee that is only deducted after you win your case -- meaning if you're not approved, they don't get paid. In my experience, the level of preparation, communication, and the successful outcome I received made this more than worth it! If you're struggling with the SSDI process, don't wait months or years trying to decode the system alone. Dr. Amir Niazmand's expertise, preparation, and communication made an overwhelming process manageable -- and ultimately successful! I received word yesterday that I was fully approved. I can't recommend him highly enough.

And in one of the most soothing voices I have ever heard Cliff professionally and honestly gave me very sound and helpful advice, clear direction and what to expect ahead with with my SSDI appeal. I had already retained representation, and he knew that. But instead, he took the time to speak to me anyway, to listen to my story, my own battle through Disability, just two years ago, and all the ups and downs that we are going through with my husband's SSDI denial appeal. I cannot speak more highly of cliffs, knowledge, embassy, and grace, all rolled into one heartfelt package. The entire phone call. I sat there and thought, "man I wish I had found you first before the group that we have currently retained law services with." There are a lot of blocks to my husband's case some of which may seem slightly insurmountable. But Cliff encouraged us not to give up. Utilizing both honesty and optimism, he laid out a description of the difficulties of our case, but also included some ideas that may be able to overcome the hurdles. We spoke for ever 30 mins. His best advice is to stick it out with the current representation I have or not that I may call him anytime simply to pick his brain, even if I'm not retaining him for services. Cliff describes that he wears two hats, a Disability hat and a human being hat. What's incredible is his ability to wear both hats at the same time. Thank you, Mr. Cliff Berkley. Although you are not the law firm that I initially signed up with, I highly recommend you to anyone and everyone who reads this post. Extremely knowledgeable, understandable, and truly empathic; these are the qualities that perfectly describe Cliff Berkeley. If he is the first person in your search for help with your SSDI case, lucky you; your search is over.

When I contact his office, I am typically routed to an answering service that states it will forward my messages; responses, when received, are infrequent and do not address the status of my cases. Staff members have been unable or unwilling to provide clear information, and I have been unable to reach Mr. Singer directly. Calls to the main office frequently go to voicemail, and his mobile voicemail is consistently full. I also attempted to visit the office in person and was unable to obtain assistance. The premises were inaccessible, no one responded to the entry system, and follow-up calls again routed to voicemail. Due to the prolonged lack of progress and communication, I have been forced to arrange my own medical care while continuing to experience significant pain and limitations. No workers' compensation matter should remain unresolved for this length of time; by 2027, this will mark approximately ten years. I am requesting assistance in locating a reputable attorney who demonstrates integrity, sound judgment, and a clear commitment to the client's best interests. In addition, I intend to file a formal complaint with the appropriate state bar authority regarding this conduct.

This was my first experience being injured on the job and requiring a lawyer. The review by Regina V. is ironic as I could have copy and pasted her exact post with only minor changes needed. I had to hire an attorney to fire my attorney. The Law Office of Ronald P Ehrman should be banned from practicing law in any form or fashion. The Law Office of Ronald P Ehrman would rarely return calls, emails or inform me of pertinent information regarding my case, benefits and overall coverage. From start to finish, the communication was non existent. To the point where I had to follow up emails with certified letters regarding the lack of communication and requesting better communication. They also won't validate parking for their own building. If I did not pick up the phone or email to inquire on the status of my case or to discuss documents received from my employer or employer's insurance company, the Law Office of Ronald P Ehrman would not reach out, and they were listed as recipients of the same documents. The attorney, Ronald P Ehrman, in my opinion is one of the most rude and unprofessional individuals I have ever met. Not only was he rude to me at my deposition (raised his voice at me in front of the opposing council, mediator, and several individuals in the lobby), he was over an hour late but told me to show up an hour early. Once he arrived, it was like he had never met me before and was not up to date on my case (ie. have I had any MRI's, X-Rays taken, pain levels, medication(s), work status, etc.) By the end of the deposition, which had to be rescheduled because we ran out of time in the meeting due to his tardiness, he had blatantly disrespected me in front of several individuals and left me with no other choice but to move on without him. TL;DR Bad overall attorney. Avoid at all cost. Poor business practices, poor communication, rude, unprofessional, found culpable of professional misconduct (calbar.ca.gov).

I was however considering an attorney to assist me in closing my claims. After a detailed dialog, Mr Fields determined that it was not in his best interest to take me on as a client. But what he did next is why I would like to recognize him. Once he decided he could not take me on he still offered his expertise to me should I have any questions as I continue to represent myself. Many law firms turn to me when it comes to filing class action lawsuits against the giants Uber, Lyft, Doordash etc. Over the years you get to learn who is and who isn't legit in the field of attorneys, the real deals and the wannabees. As I quickly found out, the Omega Law Group is a joke, baiting you in and then failing to deliver as you attorney. Sadly in this case I was lured in by a fake introduction by the apparent Founder Robin Saghian , who stated that he was one of the founding partners of the firm. They said they had the expertise to handle my case Torsten Kunert vs. Starbucks. The papers were signed and completed by both sides with only 5 months remaining until the state of limitations ran out. A few months went by and they stopped communicating, the very opposite from when they aggressively pursued you to get your case. Do not be fooled. Then they dropped the case like a hot potato, no warning, no time to find another lawyer before the deadline. Now they leave me with no other option to sue them for malpractice and launch a social media campaign to educate drivers and the public to stay far and clear from this group. As a Youtuber with several million followers across multiple platforms my mission is clear. Educate and hope this never happens to you.
