Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. On my first visit, I felt dismissed and disrespected by an associate. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and assumed it may have simply been an off interaction. However, when I returned two days later with my sister and brother-in-law, the difference in how we were treated was obvious. The associate assisted them with ordering their new clubs, but when it was finally my turn, I was told that they were closing in five minutes and I would need to return another day--despite the fact that I had been waiting and was clearly prepared to buy. After experiencing this twice, I no longer feel comfortable giving this location--or any Golf Galaxy store--my business. Finally my husband says yea that's fine, after being given no options. He finally remembers he's in customer service, and tells us when it will be ready and gives us the ticket to pay. Then I come up there there's 10 customers there. So now I'm behind all of those customers because because the individual didn't acknowledge me told me he was gonna regrip it needs two minutes. And the crazy thing is it was a younger lady and he's obviously an older man who's I would think want to set an example for the younger employee. The example is don't acknowledge customers. Tell him you're gonna do something and don't do it. I mean, I'm sure they were what they were solving world hunger at that computer screen. This world is going to shit. I guess I know why they have two stars. Unbelievable something could've taken four minutes. Five minutes hell 10 minutes. Instead, I had to leave because I did not want to cause a scene. After aboout 30 swings, the "Power Band System," which is supposed to provide controlled ball return speed, broke. We left the park and headed straight over to Dick's to return the trainer, but I forgot my return receipt, and the manager couldn't look up my purchase without the receipt (totally questionable) and he suggested that the manufacturer be contacted or if I find the return receipt I can call Dick's customer service, because there was a form that they have that he can't access. Customer service couldn't understand what form the manager was referring to, so the next day I went back to the store.
