However, someone at the intake desk scanned my insurance information wrong and as a result, I had to waste half an hour with someone in India reading from a canned script trying to correct the problem. Now, I understand call centers, but having a call center for your billing issues, especially when it is a problem on the institute's end for scanning the wrong insurance information, is about as unpleasant as getting your boobs squished in a cold machine to see if you have breast cancer. Please, Baptist, DO BETTER with your billing!

Example: I scheduled a tele-heath session with my physician and the office staff as well as their answering service told me I should be receiving a link to the telehealth session close to the scheduled time. No link was sent whatsoever. Of course, I missed the actual phone call from the physician. To this day, I'm still puzzled by what the actual process is to do a telehealth session. I have been going to this practice for a couple of years for hormone pellets. The two nurse…read morepractitioners that I saw left the practice. It hasn't been the same since. Dr Silva took over inserting my pellets. Wait time has increased and then he comes into the office and goes into these lengthy explanations, he has the worse bad breath each time, you can't get a word in, and he does not wait for you to be numb before inserting the pellets. He reduced my progesterone to 100mg and I was later told that if I have my uterus, I should be on 200mg to protect my uterus. I have never in years been on 100mg... so I'm glad I went elsewhere for a second opinion. All the good staff has left. No one calls you back to give you lab results despite multiple messages left. Also, they do not respond to RX refills. Super frustrating dealing with this place.

I had an appointment with Dr. Silva on 5/7/2026. We specifically requested to see Dr. Silva who we…read morewere assured would be there. When I arrived to my appointment, nobody told me Dr. Silva wasn't in the country. Typically if your Dr. is not in they call you to reschedule, they did not do this. I was not notified once I went to the appointment either that he wasn't there. The whole time I expect Dr. Silva. Once I'm in the room the nurse came in and once again, I'm expecting Dr. Silva to come in at some point. At the end the nurse tells me Dr. Silva is out of the country doing a conference. I called today 5/8/2026 and spoke for 45 minutes with 3 different people. One was Bella, a receptionist who told me there are 4 receptionist's. Bella contacted Dr. Silva's clients on her list prior to their visit to give them the option to reschedule. I was never offered this courtesy by the receptionist who took my appointment. She said I was not on her list, it must be another receptionist who took my appointment and that the Dr. Silva actually had an emergency with his wife and that's why he wasn't in. This is a lie. I provided a screen shot of his Instagram showing him giving a conference. Lillian another employee then gets on the phone and says I can only be given a telehealth for Monday or Wednesday, that's all she would do. They will not offer me any refund. She says and I quote "I know everything, you saw a registered nurse and this qualifies as a visit". I told her this was my first visit and after my experience I would just like a refund. They hung up on me.
