I saw Dr. Montes and had some blood work taken at the facility. One front desk employee was so rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in the door. She kept giving me contradictory information to what I had received by Dr. Montes and the other staff members. She basically accused be of lying!. I could not believe how badly I was treated on my visit and phone calls. I was even told by this person I could not get a copy of my bloodwork when I told her I would not return to this facility because of mistreatment and misinformation I experienced. Boy, were The Fates in my corner that day! She turned out to be The BEST! Her specialty is listed as Family Medicine, but the scope of her medical knowledge, expertise and caring go far beyond those two simple words. A Family Physician practices Family Medicine, which is a medical specialty that provides continuing and comprehensive health care for the individual and family across all ages, sexes, diseases, and parts of the body. That requires an enormous amount of knowledge and she is a brilliant physician and diagnostician, who also has the kindest personality through which she provides compassionate caring for her patients. I consider myself very lucky and fortunate to be one of them! And, I may add, that all of her referrals to specialists for me, and there have been many, have all been in the same stellar category that she calls home. Example: I scheduled a tele-heath session with my physician and the office staff as well as their answering service told me I should be receiving a link to the telehealth session close to the scheduled time. No link was sent whatsoever. Of course, I missed the actual phone call from the physician. To this day, I'm still puzzled by what the actual process is to do a telehealth session. Dr Silva took over inserting my pellets. Wait time has increased and then he comes into the office and goes into these lengthy explanations, he has the worse bad breath each time, you can't get a word in, and he does not wait for you to be numb before inserting the pellets. He reduced my progesterone to 100mg and I was later told that if I have my uterus, I should be on 200mg to protect my uterus. I have never in years been on 100mg... so I'm glad I went elsewhere for a second opinion. All the good staff has left. No one calls you back to give you lab results despite multiple messages left. Also, they do not respond to RX refills. Super frustrating dealing with this place.

I had an appointment with Dr. Silva on 5/7/2026. We specifically requested to see Dr. Silva who we…read morewere assured would be there. When I arrived to my appointment, nobody told me Dr. Silva wasn't in the country. Typically if your Dr. is not in they call you to reschedule, they did not do this. I was not notified once I went to the appointment either that he wasn't there. The whole time I expect Dr. Silva. Once I'm in the room the nurse came in and once again, I'm expecting Dr. Silva to come in at some point. At the end the nurse tells me Dr. Silva is out of the country doing a conference. I called today 5/8/2026 and spoke for 45 minutes with 3 different people. One was Bella, a receptionist who told me there are 4 receptionist's. Bella contacted Dr. Silva's clients on her list prior to their visit to give them the option to reschedule. I was never offered this courtesy by the receptionist who took my appointment. She said I was not on her list, it must be another receptionist who took my appointment and that the Dr. Silva actually had an emergency with his wife and that's why he wasn't in. This is a lie. I provided a screen shot of his Instagram showing him giving a conference. Lillian another employee then gets on the phone and says I can only be given a telehealth for Monday or Wednesday, that's all she would do. They will not offer me any refund. She says and I quote "I know everything, you saw a registered nurse and this qualifies as a visit". I told her this was my first visit and after my experience I would just like a refund. They hung up on me.
