They conduct all of the eye tests in a professional manner. The techs are gentle with eye drops. Very thorough testing including photos of the eyes. The doctors are friendly & knowledgeable. Oh, sure, the doc's gone a little white on top, but it's only served to make him look even more dignified and charming. The same wood paneling and carpet graces the walls and floors. He's even kept on most of the same office staff since I was in middle school. I'm pretty sure the office is a hermetically sealed time capsule. She told me I'd have to see a plastic surgeon and my insurance would not cover it. That it would cost thousands of dollars. Very curt, and uncaring. Charged me $60 for visit. I then visited another optometrist who said he could remove in the office and my insurance will cover. He also asked to give me a cataract exam and told me I had cataracts. What a difference.
