    A great experience all the way around. Friendly and caring front office staff. Dr. Mansueto takes his time, explains things, and takes an active interest in his patients. The eyewear selection is large and the prices are reasonable. This is a good place to have your vision needs take care of.

    Dr Mansueto and his staff are friendly and take their time. Choice of framea within my sisters insurance plan was great.

Went there 2 years ago and found out she was not longer there. Fast forward to today, i was trying to book an appointment to get a basic eye exam and while doing so, I called, the phone rang twice, phone picked up and i was tossed on hold without being asked if it was okay for me to be placed on hold. I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service at this office. The staff is ratchet, unprofessional, dismissive, and made no effort to communicate clearly or respectfully. A medical office should make patients feel supported, not ignored. I won't be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone. Honestly the only thing missing is the staff members wearing bonnets and coming in with their house slippers.

Apparently I missed the deadline by 2 minutes and there was "nothing they could do". I understand I was 12 minutes late, but you'd think they'd take into account I took a half day and drove nearly an hour after waiting a month and a half for the appointment. I will find somewhere else to make my business.

Received a phone call on January 12, 2026 telling me the glasses were never processed due to a computer glitch. Called back on January 15, 2026 because Evette the General Manager was suppose to further update me on the process, needless to say she did not. Yvette was very rude and short. AS Of Jan 22,2026 still no glasses. In a few days I will be revisiting this location to get my money back and place a complaint with the BBB. I'm currently in the process of trying to reach out to MyEyedr's corporate location, in or near Vienna. I would advise anyone needing eye care of any type not to visit this particular place of business. The staff is rude and they dont care.

However, the end of the night---there's not enough help. There was a lady waiting to be checked out. Idk if she looked around, but she said was not getting frames and wanted to get checked out. She spoke up at the register. The one lady told her they were only two ppl and she needed to wait her turn. Maybe 5-7 mins go by, she spoke up a 2nd time, and said she was gonna leave. Then one of the ladies decided to ring her up. It took all of 2-3 minutes. As a customer, I didn't like seeing that. I didn't notice her until she spoke up, but I would guess she must have waited 15 mins altogether. I also ended up leaving and not getting frames (though I did try), it had more to do with price--and I felt I could get a better deal elsewhere. There was still one customer after me. They were closing in 15-20 mins.

Part of the issue was ill fitting lenses While treating me he told me to see an optometrist closer to home for a proper contact Lense fitting. I Did so and had subsequent visits with Dr. Kaufman. A few years back during a call to make an appointment I was told that I'd been terminated from the practice. What? I later received a call stating this was an error, notes weren't clear or read in their entirety, something along those lines and I was able to move forward with the appointment Fast forward, Called 2/24 LM to see the doctor. Recd call from nurse on 2/24 at 7:56 a.m. stating I'd been terminated from the practice. Shock! I asked why, given no reason. I said well I called before and was told terminted but later it was found, an error in notes/interpretation of records and I saw the DR. I have Great insurance. Copays paid. I said, could you ask the DR. about this? Nurse replied I did. Not certain I believe it. The nurse was giving a scripted response but the kicker was when she told me "you'll just have to call around" what? That's how you speak to a patient? A better response would've been we can't see you however, there are other viable opthamologists. I didn't argue with as she didn't care anyway. The nurses there have always been great but not this one nurse. I was given no reason for the termination. At the very least I should have been provided with a reason for the "termination" I was shocked, confused and dissapointed. I'd always received good service and expected more and better from this practice. I said thank you and hung up.
