Nash took over 7 years to obtain a nominal settlement on workman's comp case. Tobias couldn't even locate the driver who hit me in an automobile accident case. Was taking forever to negotiate a settlement with insurance company. Finally, I fired him & sought representation at another firm which not only settled the case in a timely fashion but also got an award 7 times what Tobias was suggesting. Impossible to get a hold of attorneys. Secretary's do all the talking for them. One even seemed drunk on several occasions. Do not recommend.
