Horrible customer service. A male tech would not stop telling me stupid immature jokes. He yelled at a coworker in front of multiple customers for something so minor. I asked for something extremely simple on my nails and he said I guess I can attempt. All I asked for was a heart and Q. Another customer asked him to fix her toes and he replied "if you're ok with being ghetto" Extremely unprofessional behavior and made many customers uncomfortable. The owner was very nice though. I feel sorry she has to deal with that attitude.

She screamed that she was wasn't, that she never wants to do my nails, and I shouldn't come back. (Context: This was my first time here, asked for a full removal of my last acrylics and a new set- she proceeded to dump acrylic on my nails in clumps and then grow more agitated as I pointed out which nails had been cured onto my finger and needed additional shaping so they wouldn't bleed when growing out. Extremely respectful tone I used with her the entire time; thanking her throughout the process- I have never been rude to someone in the nail or food industry a day in my life.) Her manager (Andy) came over to calm her down, and screamed at her to shut up and go, as she yelled at customers on her way to the back- He took $5 off for the inconvenience (had a toe nail color change, too... quality was not great- paint on the skin around my nails- I didn't point that out, knowing I could fix it when I got home). My husband came in, talked to Andy, who came out to apologize to me and make excuses for Cindy, saying she was stressed out. She needs to be let go- very dangerous environment. Walking inside was immediately impressive. Spotless facility. Beautiful fish tank that was WELL KEPT! Most salons with a fish tank don't typically take care of those fish and it's not a pretty(or clear) sight. All employees were with other clients but were gracious enough to let us book an appointment for after our lunch. Sanitation procedures were properly followed. Music was not too loud but very relaxing. Nice conversation from our nail techs & offered a bottle of water while we waited to dry. I don't visit this area often, but next time I do, I'm booking an appointment here before I even arrive.
