Ting did an amazing job with both my mani and pedi. I especially liked that she pushed my cuticles back and trimmed them instead of using the mechanical tool. Oof. I really wish I hadn't stopped by this location. I literally was in and out with a gel manicure in 8 minutes... It was a very aggressive manicure, very sloppy, and still cost $30 before tip- a tip was undeserved, but I felt very uncomfortable and tipped anyways. She dipped one hand in water before going after my cuticles and while curing the gel, would be sitting waiting to be able to shove my other hand under the light. The timer never ran out on a single hand. Getting a manicure is a huge treat, not something I typically want to spend money on, and in this case I really wish I'd just painted my own nails. It wasn't a pampering experience AT ALL. The tech slapped on nail polish so haphazardly, I honestly was shocked she was moving so fast. Update: One of my nails chipped the same day I had them done, and they started peeling off just a few days later. The gel didn't even last a week. read more

This salon is not the fanciest looking, but I couldn't have been happier with the pleasant service and hospitality I received from my nail tech. I selected their Pomegranate Pedi, which was a series of scrubs, creams, hot towels, massages, hot stones, (all while you're in the massage chair, too) and then when it came time to paint he made sure to apply the adequate coats needed to get a nice opaque color in addition to the base and top coats. It wasn't rushed, I wasn't pressured for anything else (he simply asked one time if I also wanted my fingernails done). I will be back! read more

Over all - My daughter (11) and I went in for pedi's, acrylic fill for me , mani for her , gel polish for both of us on nails & toes & art design on daughter's nail. I appreciated the fact they were just attentive to my daughter as they were with me. Susan and Tommy was our technicians. They went above and beyond to make it a great experience for us . I've been to all the nail places some are ok , others would never go back to . These are new owners, said they've been there for 2months now. Went in for a basic pedicure with gel. She started off by cutting and filing as normal, however was very excessive with the filing. She made my nails half the size they were! It hurt when she was filing because she was filing my skin! A few hours after the pedicure and I can barely walk because my toe hurts so bad. She barely massaged me. I love this place! They are always so sweet and welcoming. I try to hop in before I run to the grocery store and they are able to get me in at least 90% of the time. They take their time and give the best pedicure massages! I love that they have a menu for prices so you never feel like you are getting screwed over. They have a huge variety of nail colors to choose from also. read more

Not quite the experience I'm used to. On the positive side I was a walk in and they took me but I waited about 30 minutes. No one helped with the massage chair and there are so many buttons I couldn't get the best out of it, I was sad. The pedicure itself was fine, however my polish usually lasts much longer, it's been a week today and my toes are looking rough! $35 basic pedicure plus tip, I assume this is standard. Convenient location, appeared clean but I've had much better experiences elsewhere. read more

I have never experienced such a rushed manicure. It literally took 15 minutes with gel polish. The polish looks sloppy and is dried on the skin. The cuticles are tougher than when I went in. Don't waste your time or money. read more

Horrible experience here. I drove all the way from shalimar JUST to come get my nails done here. I wanted a new set of acrylic nails. There wasn't a menu in sight with the prices so I figured it was about the same as the other places, around $40-45. I got my nails done, and it took almost 2 hours, which was pretty excessive. The nails ended up looking good, although the guy was extremely rough on my cuticles and made 2 of them bleed. I also noted that once he was done he didn't oil or moisturize...but not a HUGE deal...it ended up being $50 for the set plus tip. Which was definitely excessive especially since these were plain acrylics..anyway, I paid and gave a good tip. 4 days later I was folding my laundry when my thumb nail just about came all the way off, so easily with no force. I was shocked. I've had acrylic nails for years and I've NEVER had that happen, especially with a brand new set. It was late Friday night and I worked a 10 hour shift on Saturday so I didn't call either of those days. Sunday they were obviously closed, so I called Monday. I explained what happened and they said I could come in and they could fix it. I explained that I didn't want it to be fixed because how was I to know that another nail wouldn't pop off after another couple days? I spent a lot of money and time there, and I drove all that way JUST to get my nails done. I wanted a refund preferably, or a voucher for a free fill or pedicure or SOMETHING to get my money's worth. It's Wednesday now and I've called 3 times about this, left my name and number for a manager twice, and no contact has been made to me. I asked when the manager will be in...and they said they don't know, so I will be calling again tomorrow. This place is a joke and completely ripped me off. So unprofessional too, the way the guy was yelling at me on the phone when there was absolutely no need to. I was going to hold off on the review but seriously, this was the last straw for this place. Do NOT waste your time or hard earned money. read more
