I never slam a vendor. But this one I will. Do not order from them. Not professional, not customer friendly, a little bit of good Will could have changed the outcome of not posting this review. Bottom line: you spend a lot for your dream kitchen to get poor workmanship with little if any accountability, remediation and compensation with lots of aggravation Ordered quartz countertop and backsplash. Came measured prior to installation. Did not install on date promised. Came next day but they didn't measure correctly. First there is an uneven slab of over a 1/4 difference from one end to the other. No one will notice unless you have a great eye or take out a tape measure. More importantly the slap behind sink was totally mis-measured. They Asked if we wanted wall cut out in order to fit! . Took back and resized. Somewhere during that process they cracked a corner and fixed with glue. We went back and forth until finally came back and they blamed contractor for filling in crack. They did fill in to blend, results not perfect. Thankfully in a corner no one will see. I was looking for a particular a particle style/ color which KP stone had on sale for a great price. I shopped around a lot and places were charging double the price. I was a bit hesitant but went ahead with visiting them in store and working with John directly. John was create, and kept in communication at all times. He also provided his supplier for us to pick out our slab as well. We built an outside bbq island and needed install, everything went smooth for our delivery. As a backup I asked my contractor to be present at delivery, which was good because he did point out a few things. In the end everyone worked together and the island looks great. read more

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Run far far away. I've never had a worse buying experience. I'm not a complainer, I wrote this so no one else will ever have to have my same experience. I paid top dollar for a quartzite countertop. First problem, they quoted me 4500, took my deposit, then changed the price to over 6000. I tried to walk away at that point but she said she would not refund my large deposit. I should have walked away at that point but against my better judgement I didn't. They came to measure twice because they messed up the first time. He "templated" the countertop (glued wood shims together with a hot glue gun) and attempted to carry it out to his truck only to have it break multiple times. When they arrived for install, The stone for one countertop was too big, they tried to force it in and cracked the slab. Said it was my fault and wouldn't refund money or replace the broken countertop. They installed it cracked and said they would blend it in, what a nightmare. Then they told me the countertop on the other side of my kitchen would crack too if I didn't let them take it back to the shop and put in a seam. I let them do so even though I wanted a solid slab and they told me originally a solid slab was not a problem. The seam was uneven by over 1/8 of an inch when they were done. Additionally, this piece of stone was cut too small. There was over 1/4 inch gap between the stone and the wall. They said the backsplash would cover it but the gap was so big that the backsplash would have fallen behind the countertop and there still would have been a gap. They came and filled it in with stone scraps and glue. After they installed it, the other side cracked months later. Later, i found two other spots that were glued together where the stone had cracked and they repaired it behind my back before installation, likely during fabrication. Installers smoked inside my house while I was pregnant. Called the owners multiple times and they did not compensate or rectify the situation but everyone that I dealt with was very hostile. I didn't write a review for over three years because I honestly was afraid of retaliation against me, that's how hostile they were toward me. I write this review only after I've sold the home. I had KP Stone replace a kitchen countertop and sink with quartz in January 2021. They did a great job in very little time and the cost was very reasonable. They took away the old countertop and cleaned up nicely. I dealt with John. I recommend them for any kitchen or bathroom renovations. read more
