At one point I completely changed my mind on what stone I was putting in, she had helped me make my final decision and there was no problem with me making the change before the cutting began. Adam the owner was just as professional and the installation of my granite went off without any complications. I have a large counter and needed a seam which is flawless and practically invisible which is everyone's biggest fear that it might not be. My kitchen countertop is GORGEOUS. My contractor recommended another stonemason, but I did not like the offers he had. I was then told to go to MSI in Brentwood pick out a slab and go to Meta Stone. Here is where DAN comes in. He had me come in and inspect the slabs that I had picked out. He wanted to make sure I was happy with the slabs that I was given before he started to cut my counter. I asked about sealing the granite. He assured me that I didn't need a professional to do it. It doesn't make sense you can do it yourself he said, trust me! And he was right. I loved the workmanship and the courteous service, not to mention a great price. So glad I found Meta Stone to do my counters. They were installed March of 2024. The reason for my rating now is that we've gotten some chips in the counter top and when we purchased it we had been told that Cambria guarantees the countertop for life. So we went ahead and contacted Christina from GranMarb . We actually placed quite a few calls into GranMarb and spoke to Christina 3 times . We also left quite a few messages on the machine in between the phone convarsations and never received any calls back . As of today, July 15th we've heard nothing back from them . Our first contact to Christina to have the counter top repaired was June 25th. The last time we spoke to Christina, she said she had emailed and contacted Cambria and had not heard back from them. That was about two weeks ago. So we decided to contact Cambria directly. Within two days, we had the repair person from Cambria at our house, fixing the countertop chips. They also told us that they have had no contact with Christina from GranMarb. Which makes me feel that Christina from GranMarb never even tried to contact Cambria. It does not put a good taste in my mouth, knowing that after we purchased the countertop and GranMarb was paid that they could care less about their customers . Just so others know to be aware of how they treat their customers .

We met with Robert, who was extremely helpful and provided quality service!! He knew exactly the look that I was going for and was able to guide me to the best slabs, while keeping me in budget! He quickly scheduled the template process, which consisted of the best technology the next day. Steven was also very knowledgeable and showed us the various types of edging offered. Within a few days, everything was ready to be installed! The installation was seamless. They were very skilled in installing my Waterfall Island as well as the other countertops that were installed in the kitchen and bathroom. They were very careful and precise with the install! You show up to pick up and pay and they don't accept cash, checks or credit cards. AND they don't tell you until you're there. Then you have to run around like a chicken without a head to go get a money order or a cashier's check. Sebastian works there and he's really awful. When personalities were given out at childbirth, they forgot to give him one. He drew a diagram for me that was supposed to include a fourth hole. I told him that the little dot on the diagram wouldn't get a fourth hole drilled. He assured me it would, so of course after I got it home, it didn't have a fourth hole. Everything you do with these people is tough. They don't make anything easy and they don't seem to give a damn. I would never use them for another project. I didn't give them one star because at least the final product was good (except for the missing hole).

They do not answer, and will NOT work with you once they have your money. And if you want your remnant pieces to use for anything else (the left over pieces from the slabs you already bought) - you will upcharged like crazy. I know there is a cost to fabrication but I was able to get the pieces I wanter fabricated from a remnant at another stone place (Meta stone - amazing!!) for ONE THIRD the price that this place wanted to charge me for using remnants from the stone I already paid for!! Insane. Oh and good luck getting them to email or call you back. They won't.
