Had to rent a vehicle to make it to work after missing a day of work because I wasn't told that they couldn't do the job. Returned from out of town to get vehicle that still wasn't ready. Was insulted about the upkeep of the car and the condition of the cabin air filter they claimed came out of my vehicle. After payment of over $1000 as initially quoted we picked up the vehicle but it broke down again the next day after driving less than 90 miles. we had a tractor that wasn't holding air. took it here for repair and they said they could fix it…read more patched the tube and send us on our way. got home and put it back on the tractor and it leaked right down. Called them about it and took the tire back. Said they would fix at no charge then when we went to get the tire wanted to charge is again. The lady questioned the integrity of us saying we lied and that she knew the technician told us different than what we said. And she wrote it in her notes but she hadn't talked to us, so how can she know for sure what was said. almost $100 spent to repair the tire that we could have replaced for that. And furthemore, when it was going to cost more that what was stated, they never disclosed that. Will not do business with them again. you are providing customer service and to point blank question their integrity and what was said and doubt the customer is always a no.
