My wife Susan and I celebrated my 80th birthday at this wonderful place. It was more the a restaurant, it was an adventure. Jayde our Host and Lydia our Server guided us on my birthday destination dinner. The menu/options were tremendously generous. The portions were small because we wanted to taste everything which is impossible. The quality of food was of a higher cut and variety. I really enjoyed it hear. Everything was great, including the service. I would definitely come back. The downside for me was that I went with people who didn't want to cook or wait for their food to be cooked. But that's a personal thing, nothing against the restaurant. First time experiencing KPOT and we were not disappointed. Our youngest deemed himself the cook and was cooking up every kind of meat they offered. The oldest was making sauces to try and the rest of us just ate. Staff was nice and friendly and made sure drinks were full even made a couple sauce suggestions. Depends on taste, but mine was lacking heat. The fresh jalapeños on the sauce bar accommodated the need for more heat. The szechuan base is spicy but lacks flavor that Tom Yum has. Again, this could be based on the random flavors from the natural ingredients. MANY meat, seafood and vegetable options to accommodate most diets. Do not recommend for young children. While the cost is cheaper for them, they likely won't eat enough to justify the cost. Definitely recommend for a date night, birthday or other celebration. read more

They also have chicken nuggets and fries by the sauce bar, which I would also recommend grabbing a plate of since they are nicely double fried and quite solid. I had visited other Korean grill hot pot restaurants that I frankly didn't care for. So, when I heard about this chain I was apprehensive since I knew it was a chain and it was Korean BBQ. The restaurant had a great design and pretty East coast hip vibe. The waitress who assisted us with how to order and had a few suggestions was perhaps the best waitress we had to Arkansas during this little trip. I would have take snapshots of our food, but we got here late and were told that we needed to order within the next fifteen minutes before kitchen closed. KPOT is a great place, be prepared for a long wait if you go on the weekend. We had a wonderful server Sean and he was very accommodating and kind. He made the experience pleasant but very disappointing with the other experience we had with another employee. I encountered an exceptionally discourteous staff member at the all-you-can-eat bar. Not only did she address me in a rude manner, but she also treated my husband poorly. While I was patiently waiting for a fresh tray of a specific item, she insisted that I take the last two poorly presented pieces, stating that she would not be replenishing them anytime soon. Additionally, she displayed a negative attitude towards my husband while he was using the tongs for dessert. We had not provoked her in any way, yet she approached us with this unwarranted hostility. I find this treatment unacceptable and urge the management to address this issue promptly. Sean saw the poor treatment given to us by the employee and apologized profusely on her behalf. I really hope management takes action regarding this employee, as she doesn't reflect well on your company. She's a poor representation of KPOT. read more

came here for their grand opening!!! coming from socal, we've been on the hunt for a gooood all you can eat KBBQ ! and i think it's safe to say our search is over. not only is the KBBQ delicious, but their hotpot is also a great option! everything was full of flavor and the staff here are all very friendly (shoutout to our server johnny, very eager to offer recommendations and was very attentive to our table!) i love that you get to choose if you want to do KBBQ , hotpot , or both . we paid about $30 per person (technically they charge per appliance turned on) + and extra $5 each since we did both KBBQ & hotpot . they also had a buffet station where you can create your own dipping sauces as well as other sides like egg rolls , chicken nuggets + fries , fresh fruit , and some desserts. we were a little bummed they didn't have the classic sides like japchae or seaweed salad , but they have a good variety of sides to choose from already (: i got their thai tom yum soup base for hotpot and it definitely had a bit of a kick ! so if you're sensitive to spice, beware!!! it was a bit on the sweeter side for my preference, but the sourness of the soup was exactly what i've been missing my husband got their miso soup base for hotpot and was a fan !! a little salty, but overall so good and a safe choice if you're new to hotpot. i love that they have a mocktail menu available! but i'd definitely want to come back again to try some of their specialty cocktails. i paired my meal with a lychee lemonade that was so refreshing, i'd definitely recommend! so grateful NWA has KPOT ! read more
