The menu is expansive; they have a mix of American-style rolls, hand rolls, nigiri, sashimi, and hot dishes like udon and teriyaki. After a bout of decision paralysis, I ordered the sushi and sashimi combo. It came with 9 pieces of sashimi, 6 pieces of nigiri, and a spicy tuna roll. No mayo, no eel sauce, no tempura flakes. The service and presentation of the food were stunning, and I was really impressed by the quality of the fish and the price. I got a little bit of everything: salmon, tuna, yellowtail, shrimp, and other fish I do not know the names of (they were good though). I was stuffed at the very end and was honestly blown away by the reasonable price (all of it was under $30). Admittedly, the fish was not the ~*best*~ I've ever had, but it was fantastic for Arkansas (no shade to the state, but you are much farther away from the ocean than Los Angeles). My party also ordered dishes for the table, like shrimp tempura, veggie tempura, karaage, and takoyaki. They even threw in a complimentary crispy rice dish, which was a thoughtful touch.
