Then I said BS taxes and fees are not 300 dollars; what am I paying for. Then they told me that I was paying 150 for a case and charger. I said I don't want that!! Then I asked what the fee is for. And it was an 80-dollar fee to set up my phone. So I looked this up, and if you were at a corporate-owned store, they would charge you anywhere from 0 to 35 dollars to set up your phone. I told them I was not paying the 80 dollars, and they made me just pay taxes. So I agreed and had to return my phone the next day as a trade-in. There was an older gentleman buying what looked like the same phone, but this time the fee was 350 dollars. The gentleman asked what the bulk of this charge was, and the salesman said taxes and fees, but acted like the case and charge were part of the deal. I informed him of the scam, but this I am assuming if it was the same phone the setup fee was 130 dollars. This is TCC owned store and TCC states that they charge 29.99 as a set up fee. They can make the fee whatever they want. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!! Make sure the store you go to is a corporate-owned store.

There's no question but that Verizon is very expensive compared to other carriers in the Buffalo area. So that's the downside. You agreed to buy the phone, and they have to order it and then they're supposed to call you when it comes in. Only they don't. So when you go back in to see if it's there or when it's expected in, and it turns out that it's been sitting in the back. So it takes hours to get you hooked up. I don't remember that happening when I went from one phone to another with AT&T but that might be because I stayed with the same carrier I'm not sure. And for sure check your bill. Because it definitely was a lot higher than I expected I had to call and get that all fixed. I was kind of a pain.

It is at the side door of a residential building just off Hertel Avenue. Chris greats you at the door, asks you to put the computer on a little table in the hall way and gives you a receipt for the drop off. He told me it could be just dust in the fan or a defective fan. A day later I got a phone call and Judy, his assistant (may I call it that way?) told me the fan was failing. A new part was ordered and the computer would be fixed within a couple of days. Everything worked out fine, the part arrived soon and Chris replaced the old broken fan. 6 Days after dropping the laptop off, I got the call to come and pick it up. I am very happy with Jack Of All Trades computer service. Fast and reliable, just the way you want it. I especially liked the follow up phone calls. So, computer problems? Call Chris from Jack!
