On the initial visit with surgeon everything went fine. After that it when down hill mind you this was about 4 months ago they were suppose to call me and no one called. I called to follow up twice, the first time Olga said she will call me back with an update and no one call me back. After a month I decided to call back to follow up an in our conversation she said in a very sarcastic tone of voice they have too many patients to call back and it was my duty to call them. My daughter is the patient that's her job to return patients calls and mind you she told me she was going to return my call . To make this even worst she kept bickering with me on the phone until I said never mind there was no point in talking to her anymore. She's very unprofessional she needs major customer service skills. I called my daughter's primary dental office which they have had in the past refer me to other dental specialist and no problems. But in this case this office has a problem as Olga has bad phone manners and bad costumer service skills. She's very unapologetic. I formally complain about Olga to the referral office and now using this review for office to take care of this issue. I want this office to hear what I had to endure with Olga's phone ethics. I work as a costumer service rep, this needs to be handle and address by the office manager as Olga is mistreating patients over the phone. I refuse to take my daughter back to this office ever again due to the lack of communication and empathy from front desk rep, Olga. This issue needs to be taking care of that's not the right way to treat patients or a family member.

It took another 5 years for me to admit I needed them out and I decided to go to Dr Feinerman after hearing for years how great he is. 1. Hes seriously awesome. All my fears were totally squashed after meeting him. Seriously I was convinced I was going to go permanently numb and lose all feeling and taste in my mouth. That didnt happen and the milkshake I just devoured was glorious. Granted I'm still numb so spilling milkshake all over myself definitely happened. I'm not even bleeding. Which is good (see point 3). 2. He told me exactly what he was going to do and what would happen. All of his prognosis was good. Mind you I'm still numb and on painkillers but I can still Yelp like a pro, so it couldn't be that bad. He also listened to EVERYTHING I said from my concerns to where my veins were so that the IV didnt kill me. 3. I woke up and started laughing because I almost dry heaved due to the gauze. Than I couldn't stop laughing. These drugs are great. No pain and constant entertainment. I legit cant tell you what's funny, but I can tell you the experience is fun. 4. I was seriously worried about being Chip and Dale's long lost sister. NO SWELLING so far. And no excruciating pain. All of my fears were literally for no reason I should have listened to my dad (if you know him, dont tell me him I said this as he will hold it over my head for the rest of my natural life during this I told you so moment). Dr. Feinerman is awesome! Obviously, no one likes oral surgery, but he is great along with his amazing staff! Thank you!!!

He's a capable dentist with all the latest modern equipment to keep pain to a minimum. But if you require smaller, more modest dental services go elsewhere. From the 1950's to the 1990's, this office was occupied by 2 general dentists, but in their final years, their hands grew shaky, one of them passed away, and the one remaining dentist sold his practice to Dr.Benmergui, then passed away less than a year later. Those dentists were good men, but undoubtedy caused their patients some needless pain with their increasingly obsolete equipment.. I'm realistic: we all have to eat, we all like to make money and all doctors and dentists are in business, but Dr.Benmergiu is in BIG BUSINESS. This is one of several things that you may find off putting about Dr.Benmergui's office. They will tend to want to do a lot of additional uneccessary stuff, and some of their teeth cleaning ladies can be sadistic. Dr.Benmergui and the ladies who work for him are a combination of orthodox Jewbans and Cubans, and Anglo customers may find it rude that, even though they are all capable of speaking lightly accented English, that the doctor and his assistants will speak entirely in Spanish while working on you. It is, as if they are talking about you behind your back. I didn't take it personally, and at the end, I said "Even if you had spoken English, I still wouldn't understand what you are talking about"(it was all dentist jargon like A2 and B4) Note: I am not being anti-semetic. I am a secular 3rd generation American of 100% Jewish ethnicity, and I use the term "Jewban" genertically. The doctor is from Venezuela.) There is no doubt that his emphasis on mega buck dentistry was off-putting and cost the office many customers, and business dropped further during the first 2 years of the pandemic. Dr,Benmergui's office has become increasingly desperate. They've started sending junk e-mails to ex-customers. But now, they've crossed over the line to arrogance: they are scheduling appointments for ex-customers WITHOUT CUSTOMER PERMISSION. How dare they! I won't be there. As for Dr.Benmergui's emphasis on big money procedures, every customer can't be a lottery win. In the 1950's a famous bank robber was asked "Why do you rob banks?", and the robber said,"Because that's where the money is". Increasigly, for dentists, "Cosmetic Dentistry" is where the money is. There are no more general dentists; somebody that you could go to to repair one broken tooth. These cosmetic dentists will find the smallest excuse to do $30,000 to $40,000 of uneccessary additional stuff.
