My tires were worn unevenly when I arrived because of a previous alignment issue, but I paid a shop to fix this last year (which I told him), so this was entirely unexpected. I would not have bought the warranty if I they had mentioned this before I gave them all my savings. I might not have even bought a whole new set of tires until I could have gotten the alignment fixed. I also didn't feel respected generally during my visit as a young woman. I fumbled very briefly (~5 seconds) connecting the pen magnetically back to the top of the keypad after signing something, and he took it out of my hand and did for me (rude, first of all) and said "it's a magnet." in what I felt was a very demeaning way.
