I have yet to drive on this tire as, I walked it in to get the tire replaced.  I had the tire mounted and brought the wheel home to install it myself.  I wasn't able to notice the difference until I lowered the vehicle onto the ground. It is a very noticeable difference! I have a 2011 Mercedes E550 that has an air suspension system that lowers when not in use and I am afraid that the vehicle will now sit on the tire at the fender.  I cannot under any circumstances keep this tire, so I need to know is there anything that can be done? My understanding is these were mounted and had the weight of the vehicle on them, which isn't great but could still be returned if the car wasn't rolled at all as otherwise we would notice on inspection and it would affect the refund as it isn't considered new at that point. Tire Rack: There was no vehicle information entered into the order so there was no site check for the vehicle. I highly suggest contacting the warranty department. Me: I did use the vehicle search. Is it really going to come down to this? I bought the replacement tire through you guys. I didn't have to do that. I did this all in good faith, was upfront & honest. This doesn't feel right. After that, she attentively listened to me offer a solution to this problem to ensure that it never happens to anyone else.
