I came last Christmas to spend some money i got as a gift. the staff were super nice and helped me…read moreget some stuff. when I checked out the price was 90 something bucks. i thought nothing of this and went to get some lunch. as i was waiting in line this price seemed off to me so i read the receipt. i ditched the timmys line and went right back to the store. they charged me 40$ for something i did not buy and couldn't even give me my money back. to their credit they did let me exchange the money i lost with items that equaled to 40$ but the fact this happened isn't something im real happy with. but i dont think it was on purpose or anything. Hopefully the next time i pay them a visit this doesn't happen again.

I tried emailing them based on the email adress they provided in the website. I tried calling them but they only told me they were busy Then the day after 1 guy called me and apologize for the issue. He specifically told me as gratitude he is adding some gifts into my parcel. Everything was perfect until i received my order. All the items i ordered was present but The person lied to me as they were no extra gifts or something. Then i realized that they only lied to me as i wrote some reviews on my experience. It was all perfect until the fake promise. If you cannot fulfil a promise dont even do it next time. Will never order again from there.
