From the…read moremoment we contacted Neyer Plumbing, to the time of completion, everyone we worked with was above and beyond expectations. On 10 February we noticed a leak in our basement that we thought was a foundation breach around the main water line. Upon further investigation, it was determined that the main water feed line coming into the house had a crack in it. At that point, we turned off the water supply and spoke with Lisa at the main desk. Lisa was wonderful and compassionate. She had Logan at our house 2-3 hours later to do a field evaluation. Logan worked with Jeremy in the office to get a recovery plan started, and a team to our location the next morning. On 11 February a team of professionals arrived. They took the time to ensure they understood the entirety of the situation on that ground, and, that we understood the plan for repairs. John, Michael and Mark spent 5 hours working and keeping us up to date on their progress. Upon completion they showed us the results of their work and ensured we were happy, which we are. However, that is when they continued to support our situation to help locate a separate water leak on the property. This took them another hour to help locate and isolate the issue (they are working up an estimate at this time to recover that issue in the future). Courteous and professional the whole way through! Not only did they sweep the dirt off the walkway, but they also cleaned up our make-shift efforts to contain the leak in the basement after they were finished. The gentleman quoted me $1,695 in labor, as all the parts would be reused just refitted. I left work early, drove down there, disassembled, cleaned, and refitted them myself in 45 minutes. They were the worst! My contractor used them and they delayed the job 6 weeks overall just because…read morethey no showed so often and wouldn't return calls. This was not due to Covid as all of their rough in was completed before the shutdown. They installed the vanity plumbing wrong not accounting for drawers in the vanity. They had to redo it causing delays. They put the tub drain in incorrectly and then had to move it for proper spacing delaying job again. They refused to drill holes in the tile for the plumbing they installed for a steam shower delaying the job 3 weeks on this alone supposedly because they were waiting for the 3" drill bit yet my contractor finally bought a 3" drill bit (which he found and had in possession within 24 hrs). Even I finally called them and asked them if they were going to show up. Supposedly a female (who told me she was the owner and I am assuming was the wife of the recently deceased owner) said she would get back to me and never did. Her son runs the business now. She told me they never had a relationship with my contractor yet they were currently working 2-3 jobs for them. She also lied and tried to tell me they had a different plumber come in and start my job. Uh hello, I am living in my house and see who is coming in and out and it was her plumbers with Klosterman plumbing trucks in my driveway! Then they refused to do the drilling in the shower tile (yet they drilled through the floor tile for the tub faucet). The company is beyond unprofessional. They don't show up. And the image is the two shower controls plate. One is out of plumb installed based on their out of plumb pipe installations. They got one pretty close but the other is at least 1/4" out of plumb. I have never had a plumber do such a poor job and refuse to take responsibility for a job. My contractor stated he wouldn't be using them again once they were finished. I wouldn't either if I knew I would have to do half the job the plumber is getting paid for!
