I only had the chance to speak (email and 2 short calls) with him when I asked about the refund and contract cancellation. In 2022, Anton seemed very professional and helpful, but he ignored my concerns. When I finally saw my petition for the first time in July 2025, I discovered some very interesting things about my life and the reasons I am asking for asylum. After that, I requested a meeting, and Anton told me that 9 out of 10 of their clients get a Green Card. I trust him. However, there's a small nuance here. I know a couple of people who got their Green Cards through marriage. Yes, they count as well. ;) Communications with Anton were terrible and full of lies. He lied to me, saying that all the documents were submitted in start of January, when in fact, they were submitted in February. He ignored my texts and responded months later regarding the case issues. But when I asked about something new that seemed like an opportunity for him to make more money, he reacted very quickly. And yes, all the evidence was provided to Gary by email. I paid a lot for their services. In fact, I was given wrong information it the petition with Antons words: "we can fix it anytime"! I was ignored and had a horrible experience with those I was paying for services. And yes, I paid on time. Anton acted... when I wasn't sure. The plot twist came when they sent me information saying I should receive $500 as a refund. Does this mean that their work on the court or interview is only worth $500? I was also upset when I told Mr. Minevich that I had sent his offer to my legal team, and instead of responding that it would be easier for both sides to resolve the issue as a client-provider, he wished me to "take care" and decided to speak with my legal representatives. Well, I'm fine with that, but I would not recommend working with this company to anyone who truly cares about their money, nerves, and overall experience.

On January 3, 2022 I had a nasty fall near the checkout area of a large, discount big-box retailer. I will redact the store name for NDA purposes but it's the one you love and not the one you tease. When trying to stand up; I fell again! I was immediately in pain, filed a store report and the next day - opted to visit a chiropractor/physical therapist to assess my bodily damage versus the emergency room and that is when the Law Offices of Gerald Marcus came into the picture. While at the physical therapist, the staff found multiple injuries to varying degrees and mentioned that I absolutely had to sue the store in order to have the medical costs covered. They have worked with Gerald Marcus before and gave them a call on my behalf. Gerald Marcus is a personal injury law firm so we're talking car accidents, slip and falls, work injuries, etc. Don't worry - they aren't one of those sketchy personal injury lawyers with cheesy jingles and corny billboards. They have won countless litigation and settled cases worth monetary amounts you can only dream of; plus have expert lawyers/staff that can handle these cases with their eyes closed. I knew I would be in good hands even though this would be my first experience with attempting to sue anyone let alone a billion-dollar enterprise. I initially received a call from Luis Garcia, the Attorney Investigator. Luis was super friendly and made me feel welcome into the Gerald Marcus family. He came to my apartment directly and arrived with my retainer/on-boarding paperwork. He was very reassuring and thoroughly explained the next steps that would take place. Shortly thereafter, I received a phone call from Gerald Marcus himself! The head honcho! The big kahoona! Although I was slightly intimidated; he too welcomed me and was very serious about the importance of my case and all the work they would do on my behalf. Being a super detail-oriented individual; I truly appreciated this. While in physical therapy, Gerald Marcus was working in the background to prepare for a settlement and if it came to it: a litigated case. I received phone calls from Matt Crayon every 5-6 weeks checking in on my medical status and asking if I needed anything/had any questions. I would have liked these calls to be a bit more frequent but I realize that being I was still in physical therapy; there wasn't anything monumental going on with my case, anyway. Vinnie is a master at his craft and I knew he would take care of my interests. Plus, his picture is next to 'handsome' in the Webster Dictionary... he's a looker!  Wow! Sorry, let's return to more professionalism, shall we? Vinnie maintained communication through email and text and was flexible with deadlines. My only complaint was that there were times Vinnie seemed slightly annoyed/impatient with me or I didn't feel he was explaining things on my level. It felt like he expected me to already know the deal but I didn't - I've never done this before! Other than that, I absolutely recommend Vinnie. Expanding on that, one of the office assistants was also slightly unprofessional in her demeanor to me on the phone which I mentioned to Vinnie and he must have addressed this because she was very kind the next time we spoke. So again, my only qualm with Gerald Marcus is their slight habit of occasionally getting disagreeable and this is an area they should address. When all was said and done (my case was settled outside of court and yours truly would be getting a check!); I visited the office to grab my check and finally meet Vinnie in real life. The office building is beautiful: spotless, modern and with an adorable lobby area and this can also be said of the actual law office. Modern lines, airy -high ceilings, large windows with natural light, sports memorabilia lining the walls... this office was niiicccee! I met with Vinnie, met the main man Gerald Marcus, the rest of the staff, received a tour, talked about my case and honestly: felt like I wasn't just a client but also a friend! There was a lovely, personable element and I appreciate that being they take on hundreds and hundreds of cases at once (they even send out Christmas cards to clients!). He dropped my case midway, the doctor he refers to is his best friend who ended up not taking me probably because of Allen too. ANYWAYS, I did end up hiring a better lawyer who did 100000x the work and actually dedicated their time to listening my story rather than assuming and ended up relieving a huge problem that Allen even went as far as causing. This whole fiasco ended up months in court and so much unnecessary issues that should not have happened had he handled the case in advance and accordingly. Not only did he provide the wrong documents and photos to the insurance, he also forgot to mention that he does not keep client and attorney information private and that he will intentionally make sure to have your own case work against you and drop you into immense debt.
