Also be prepared to be asked for your insurance at every turn and take photos for them lol. I had to give it to the AI machine, upload it to there site on two different areas. When I came into the office, two different receptionists asked for the insurance. Honestly it was slightly annoying and made them appear unorganized. I have an extremely popular insurance carrier so I can't find a way to understand why they were forgetting. However, I understood they were trying to make sure the paperwork was completed. One of the receptionist that reschedules your appointment did not fit the brand of everyone else who worked there. She was slightly rude and discussing people's personal business in the office. I came in for my appointment at 2pm and the wait time was almost nonexistent. I only waited for about 4 minutes before they took me to the back to do ex rays. My experience with the actual dentist was extremely pleasant and he explained everything going on with my teeth in a way I could easily comprehend. He was also very warm and welcomed any questions I had. The hygienist who did my cleaning was sooo gentle and the best experience I've ever had. However, afterwards the reception staff was a nightmare. I had to be a constant mediator between them and the insurance company. After months of back and forth they received their payment from the insurance for the cleaning but it was such a hassle I've never encountered. Such a shame to walk away from them but I don't have 3 months after I get my cleaning to instruct them on how to deal with insurance companies. I'm still not sure about the real issue of why I had to heavily get involved but nonetheless I've decided to just make the long drive to my old dentist office for my cleaning. I might try them again if I walk by and the front staff is different lol just being honest. The dentists are top tier. I recommend if you don't mind the front desk staff

Explaining the process as he goes. Taking time to explain and making me comfortable in every way. Being a resident of Palm Beach County for over 20 years, I had the misfortune of having two dentist, that actually did more harm than heal. I was recommended, by my friend who is a pediatric dentist. From Linda at the front desk to the hygienist to the dental assistants, the experience is more than pleasurable. Typically these days, staff can sometimes act as if they're doing you a favor by serving you but not here. One can tell that the staff is genuinely happy to have you there and also love their job which is always a plus. So after my cleaning Dr. Sutton came in to greet/meet me, checked to make sure I received a thorough cleaning and also did a new patient assessment. When he walked in I was like whoa! Can we just pause to acknowledge how beautiful he is?! Aside from that, he was very very gentle, super friendly, and very interactive. Not to mention super hilarious. He constantly informed me on what he would be doing, what he saw, any concerns, and complimented wherever applicable. He recommended a follow up which I went back for and let me tell you, you would not want a better dentist. While on vacation, part of my tooth broke off. I called this office first thing Monday morning as a brand-new patient, and they got me in immediately. After a thorough exam and X-rays, the dentist confirmed I had a significant cavity that required a root canal and crown. Needless to say, I was not happy. I was in pain having a hard time eating the office graciously rearranged their schedule and fit me in that very afternoon. From the moment I walked in, every member of the staff treated me with kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. They listened carefully to my concerns about my heart and never once made me feel like I was overreacting. Instead, they took the time to explain everything and adjusted my treatment plan by avoiding epinephrine because of my medical history. The doctor was absolutely incredible. When it came time to numb the area, I honestly did not feel the injection. I was amazed. Even without epinephrine--which I know makes the procedure more challenging for the dentist--he made the entire experience as comfortable as possible. I walked into this office expecting one of the worst days ever and left feeling amazed. Do not go to this doctors office!! They will try to charge you additional fees that aren't included…read morein your insurance. I visited the office in October 2018 for a Cleaning. They said that they would not be able to do a regular cleaning and I would need a deep cleaning for $150. They refused to do my Regular cleaning which is included. I did not want to pay an additional $150 but decided to due it anyway because of the sales pressure from the staff. I had no cavities... I had a follow up visit on January 29, 2019. They did my regular cleaning. They advised me that I have extra build up and should come every 3 months for a regular cleaning to help with the build up. But once again, I have no cavities. I told them my insurance only covers 2 cleanings a year which is what I will be doing. She said okay no problem. I called yesterday to set up an appointment for my 6 month cleaning & the receptionist said she read the notes and I will need to come in every 3 months for a cleaning. I explained that for 30 years, I have been doing regular cleanings every 6 months with no issues. She said she didn't care what I have done in the past, it was a requirement from their office. I told her I wanted to schedule a regular cleaning (which my insurance pays for.) She said she would make the appointment but the depending on what the Dental Hygienist said, they might require a deep cleaning (additional $150.) I told her I didn't want that. She said "well if that's what they recommend, that's what we will do. We will not give you a regular cleaning" Here is a picture of my teeth!! I brush 2 times a day at least and floss a few times a week. This dentist office refused to give me my regular cleaning & insist I !!! This office is a scam!!
