The experience was terribly painful and very traumatic for her, and the procedure could not be completed. We were referred to Dr. Slavin who performed the rest of the procedure. She was under sedation and woke up with a wonderful smile not believing the procedure was already over. They are a first class outfit. After going into the office I realized they did not return the phone calls because it was about the billing. After looking at an itemized list of the service I was sad to see that the billing is not honest . I personally spoke to Gabby that was not being transparent. The billing department is not honest to say the least. Please take an interest in the billing and over billing the patient.I'I don't know if the Dr is aware of this.

It took another 5 years for me to admit I needed them out and I decided to go to Dr Feinerman after hearing for years how great he is. 1. Hes seriously awesome. All my fears were totally squashed after meeting him. Seriously I was convinced I was going to go permanently numb and lose all feeling and taste in my mouth. That didnt happen and the milkshake I just devoured was glorious. Granted I'm still numb so spilling milkshake all over myself definitely happened. I'm not even bleeding. Which is good (see point 3). 2. He told me exactly what he was going to do and what would happen. All of his prognosis was good. Mind you I'm still numb and on painkillers but I can still Yelp like a pro, so it couldn't be that bad. He also listened to EVERYTHING I said from my concerns to where my veins were so that the IV didnt kill me. 3. I woke up and started laughing because I almost dry heaved due to the gauze. Than I couldn't stop laughing. These drugs are great. No pain and constant entertainment. I legit cant tell you what's funny, but I can tell you the experience is fun. 4. I was seriously worried about being Chip and Dale's long lost sister. NO SWELLING so far. And no excruciating pain. All of my fears were literally for no reason I should have listened to my dad (if you know him, dont tell me him I said this as he will hold it over my head for the rest of my natural life during this I told you so moment). Dr. Feinerman is awesome! Obviously, no one likes oral surgery, but he is great along with his amazing staff! Thank you!!!
