The crew was fast and when I went down stairs the man working in the basement did not cover anything did not wear shoe covers tracked soot all over. When I called to complain to the owner she basically acted as though I may have had the dirt there before they came, unbelievable. She wanted to send them back to clean up and I said sure I'll do your job and scold the workers you sent to my house on how they should treat someone elses property. She decided to come check it out on her own with the installer present but acted as though I'm the one who did this. She did reimburse me 300.00 but in my opinion that wasn't enough for a company that boasts a 5 star rating. I would definitely be wary of this company. When they showed up (on time) he inspected my chimney flue with a mirror and light and informed me that there was no creosote buildup in the chimney at all therefore no cleaning was needed.
