I have been a student of Krav Fit Now LLC for close to over eight years now. Mark is a well-trained, certified Krav Maga instructor and has been taught by Founder Eyal Yanilov of Krav Maga Global (better known as KMG). You will learn essential self-defense techniques that will help save your life in case you are ever faced with a life or death situation and these techniques have been tested in street combat. I strongly recommend Mark Dong and I can vouch that he is probably the BEST to learn from in this system! Mark also teaches Cardio kickboxing for those looking for a great high-intensity, cardio workout, and TRUST ME you will lose calories and burn fat! However, Mark makes it extremely fun! If you truly want to lose weight, do not go here. This is not the place for you. They have very limited classes available for you. 2 Boot camp classes a week and 3 Classes for Kickboxing. 5 classes a week dedicated to helping you lose weight. The other classes available are Krav Maga and Muy Thai. He is only open in the evenings. If you want to train, condition, and learn the art of Krav Maga, then this is the right place for you. You will learn self defense. To lose weight? Definitely not! I signed up for a 6 week weight loss challenge was was a total scam. Don't believe it for a second the false claims about being able to lose 25 lbs in 6 weeks. He will gladly take your $500 knowing you will fail. This is how he makes his money. He really doesn't know anything about weight loss. He's following a 3rd party program to entice new customers to come in, but doesn't give you the support you need to lose weight. His real strength is in fitness and conditioning in Krav Maga. He will make you a better athlete in that area, but to lose weight fast like he claims... It's total B.S. Save your money and go to a weight loss center that actually cares about you and supports you in your weight loss journey. This gyms asks for $500 upfront and says 87% of the people who sign up for the 6 weeks challenge succeeds at losing the weight. Not one person has actually successfully lost all 25 lbs in 6 weeks at his gym. He will take your money, run, and laugh on his way to the bank! I have been with coming to Krav Fit for 3 months now. I have definitely seen improvement in my conditioning. Mark is not only stressing the technical side of the Krav Maga but also pushes you to the limit so you not only reach your goals but exceed them. I have never done more than 50 sit ups at once, however the other day I was able to do sit ups for 7 min and lost count at 200. It feels good to see the results of your work. read more
