He was asked…read moreby one manager (not the employee who uses a wheelchair) to wipe down the equipment after use -- something he already does and fully supports. The issue is that he noticed white gym members were not held to the same expectation by this same manager. We strongly believe in maintaining a clean workout environment, and it's clear that this gym excels in that area. However, fairness and consistency are just as important. Unequal enforcement of rules creates a perception of bias and damages the sense of inclusivity and respect that all members deserve. We hope this feedback encourages management to ensure expectations are applied evenly, regardless of who the member is.

I say "seemingly" because even though some of the equipment is higher priced doesn't necessarily translate to being the best. Now realistically this is a 5% issue STRICTLY in my opinion. No right or wrong here. Just FYI this is NOT a 24hr gym like I would expect at this price point. Overall the gym has a good layout. The leg options are quite good. However one plate loaded leg extension and 1 plate loaded seated leg curl.... These are very popular pieces of equipment maybe an investment in another set of these two is in the future and hopefully with a pin loadable stack of weight just for easier drop sets. Also it seems like there are a lot of cable stations but there really isn't. Price is a bit high but it limits some of the less experienced and/or disruptive clientele. So maybe not a terrible thing. The BIGGEST issue with this place are the dumbbells and fortunately an easy fix. The DBs are polished chrome and visually they look nice however seeing what the weight of the DB is difficult. Furthermore the weight of the DB is listed under where they are placed so it's even double tough to find the particular DBs you're looking for. The quick fix label the DBs between the handles. That way you can just look over the weights. Scan through. And find the proper DBs. As per staff: Very little interaction but friendly enough when I check in. Finally, this is a very nice and well maintained spot. I think there are a lot more "Pros" over "Cons" concerning joining this gym. Yeah you'll catch a couple folks not cleaning up their weights from machines. But just for their Leg area alone is worth joining. Granted I did NOT join but I have too many gyms as it is

I was originally intimidated by the idea of a group workout but I have found that the folks there are equally as encouraging as the trainers. Jason's workouts appear to be specifically tailored to each client's abilities and goals. For me, Jason created a high energy, fast paced, mostly cardio and some strength training program. He listened when I said that I like variety and get bored quickly with repetitive workouts. After over two years, I can tell you that Jason works hard to give me a complete workout without repeating the same exercises over and over. In addition, I have various bumps and bruises gathered over the years that he works around so as to not aggravate those areas. I could not ask for more of Jason as a trainer and a person. Jason seems to have a broad knowledge of training and does a really good job of keeping me honest if I try to game his program. Personally, Jason is a solid family man who operates his business in a very ethical and moral manner. Finally, the fact that I am still going here consistently after all this time should speak volumes about Jason and his program. Highly recommend.

Getting started was very intimidating, but everyone one there has been very friendly and welcoming from day one. I especially love how Coach Will, along with the other coaches and students are all very encouraging has made me feel like a part of their big family. I'm being taught how to properly execute techniques and how to safely add weights in our workout. This place has every body type, age and experience. It's been quite motivating seeing every single person there work hard, root each other on while having fun. There hasn't been a day I left this place not feeling very accomplished, even on days I didn't feel like coming in to do the work. Coach Will loves being there and it is absolutely apparent. It's been great being able to come here, get stronger, healthier and also meet all the wonderful people.

Overall, a very disappointing experience. If you think there's a chance of moving don't sign up! They require you to go in person which is impossible if you're no longer in that area.
