Table found and then had a waitress who was determined to snatch half eaten starters and kept calling me "lovely" was becoming so irritated that found the record of my call top book and called first young man over and asked him for an apology, which was pretty poor. When I went to settle, the front of house person seemed most offended that I would not get excited about my dining experience and could not see why I would be upset! Really, when did the customer start being considered as unnecessary to a business, because we will not be back. I know hospitality staff are hard to find, but this crew ruined a perfectly reasonable meal.
