Specialising in modern Australian cuisine with the hint of Italian influence, the menu at Stock offers a diverse dish selection. Go for a seafood main like snapper fillet en papillote with buttered new potatoes, snow pea and heirloom tomato, crushed caper and parsley aioli or choose from the Stock classics like grilled chicken supreme, served with thyme risotto, sorrel leaves and orange vinaigrette.

Opening its doors in May 2013, Stock Bar & Grill is a recent addition to The Hawkesburys, Richmond dining hub! Splashed in a vibrant theme of orange, white and black, Stock Bar & Grill sets the tone for contemporary casual dining, where rounded lamps hang above a neat bar area, intimate wooden tables are spaciously set apart and an open kitchen add to the relaxed vibe.
Meet the Business Owner: Jarryd F.
At the tender age of 20, Jarryd opened Restaurant 22 in Windsor, The Hawkesbury.
Having now become an established business owner, Jarryd found an empty building in Richmond near the Marketplace Shopping Centre that was previously an optometrist, and immediately saw its potential. With the help of family, friends and especially Master builder John Underhill, his dream (and probably his worst nightmare), to build a restaurant became a reality. This is now known as "Stock Bar & Grill" and will become Jarryd's branding for his new empire that he is aiming to build.
Jarryd likes to use local businesses whenever possible and is also a member of the Hawkesbury Chamber Of Commerce. He was awarded Hawkesbury Young Citizen of the season 2013
He has supported a few charity functions for Variety, the Childrens Charity, and most recently the "Black Dog" ride to promote knowledge about depression and suicide prevention. Since opening here in May Jarryd has raised over $10,000 for these charities
