I ordered a bagel ham and pepper jack cheese sandwich. Good flavored toasty bagel and good flavor with the Sriracha mayo. $14.55 for the sandwich and diet soda seemed a bit high.

Quite a good little sandwich shop! Super simple setup and great overall experience. Decent value, too. Bread is fresh & house made which I didn't expect and it's super tasty. It was a high fiber lower carb bread unlike anything I've ever tasted--rich & earthy but not tough. Love the simplicity of the operation and the prices are fair, too.

KETO FRIENDLY Jalapeño pretzel w/cheese! Sooo good (IG: @mylifeaskat_)

Keto friendly and gluten free pretzels and bagels that actually taste good?! SIGN ME UP! I'm SOOO happy Kravings opened in Clarkston. Now I can satisfy my bread cravings without the guilt! The menu has pretzels, bagels, build your own sandwiches, cronuts, blueberry muffins, and drinks. I got the jalapeño pretzel w/cheese sauce and paid ~$10. Not bad pricing and it was a standard sized pretzel. The cheese sauce is a little sweeter than traditional cheese sauce but still yummy nonetheless. The blueberry muffin was soft and airy with the perfect sweetness. The owners are husband & wife I think and they were both so friendly! There's street parking and a small parking lot. I'm coming back and trying the build your own sandwich next time!

Great food tastes like your being naughty and not eating gluten free! I'm so to have gluten free options in our valley!

Rather than apologize, she continues to blame the person who was attacked…read more When I called, I was asked whether we were a family who had come in that day. I was not asked whether we were the family who had yelled at or screamed at staff. Those are very different questions. Of course I said yes, because my wife and son had in fact come in that day. That misunderstanding is exactly the problem. Before you had the facts, you treated me as though I was calling to defend abusive behavior. We were not that family. My wife and son did not yell, did not cause a scene, and did not refuse to comply. My son adjusted his mask. You continue to frame this as though standing by your employee and acknowledging our experience are mutually exclusive. They are not. You could have supported your staff while also recognizing that a customer who did nothing wrong felt spoken to curtly and then felt wrongly accused on the phone. Instead, your response is still centered on justifying the accusation rather than acknowledging how your assumptions escalated the situation. I was only there for the phone call, and I know how that conversation began. That part is not in dispute for me. The larger issue is simple: we were not the family that mistreated your staff, yet we were handled as though we were. That is why this left such a bad impression. Nothing in your response changes that. I believe local businesses deserve support, and I also believe customers deserve to be treated with fairness, dignity, and enough care that assumptions are not made before the facts are known. That did not happen here.

I usually stop by for gluten free & vegan cookies (or other treats) for my husband, but sometimes I also get a drink or a treat for me. I tend to avoid the hot drinks because they seem too sweet for me (it's a college town and this isn't the only place I've run into this...) but I've enjoyed some cold drinks. Last year I also started getting our birthday cake from SB because they can accommodate the husband's allergies. It's just one cake because the smallest cake is pretty big and our birthdays are basically on the same day (if thinking about birth place time zones). I've already ordered this year's cake and am looking forward to getting photos when I pick it up. Bonus: The cafe is small but very cute. I've been so happy to see that more people have been hanging out in the cafe lately.

Mystic Cafe (MC) is a not-so-hidden gem for great food in Lewiston…read more My wife and I were in town for a family event and found MC for breakfast. Let's start with the decor. The place is massive with all sorts of spots to get comfortable and check out the great art work. Then there is the service. We were greeted by the hostess, greeted by a waiter who walked by while we were waiting to be seated, greeted by our server and then thanked several times for coming on the way out the door. There are places that say they treat their customers like they matter and those that actually do it. MC is in the latter category. Then there is the food. I can't remember what my wife ordered but I will never forget what I ordered. I ordered one of my favorites, biscuits and gravy with an over easy egg. You can tell how good the cook staff is by how they cook the eggs and how fresh their gravy tastes. MC Is as an A+ on both counts. But, the one thing I will remember was the fried chicken. My server recommended it as an add in and boy was she right. It was some of the best fried chicken I have ever had. The batter was super crispy and not greasy. The chicken, even though it was breast meat, was flavorful and juicy. It added the finishing touches to an amazing morning meal. I cannot recommend Mystic Cafe enough. Whether you are a local or just passing through, Mystic Cafe has got to be in your list of must haves.

The restaurant is divided into an indoor dining area and a coffee house section. I came here for a quick breakfast and decided to dine in at 7:15 AM on a weekday. [Parking]: Easy parking in the designated parking lot on a weekday morning, but the lot can get crowded during busy lunch hours. With that being said, it shouldn't be difficult to find additional street parking in this part of town. [Atmosphere & service]: Cozy and comfortable vibe. Service was fairly standard and my waitress did offer a coffee refill so a thumbs-up. Live music available on every Friday evenings. [Menu]: Some of Yelp's top recommended items include the Steak Salad, Kale Salad, and Beet Salad. The breakfast menu is served from 7 AM to 10:45 AM Monday to Saturday. It was hard to figure out what their signature dish was so I ended up ordering the Lobster Benedict. *** Lobster Benedict (poached eggs / lobster / sliced tomato / spinach / hollandaise sauce / chives / english muffin - $17): Not horrible, but not amazing either. I could taste a hint of shredded lobster. The hollandaise sauce was alright. The hash browns just weren't as good as those hash browns at Frank's Diner in Spokane. *** One of those places that's fine for a casual local breakfast or lunch, but at the same time this spot is not exactly a must-visit.
