At the time, one of my electronic vape died on me, and I was in dire need of a new vape. Despite my normal vape shop not having the one I wanted in stock, a quick call to Krazy Ape addressed my concerns without hesitation, and had more than enough of said device in different colors. Upon walking in, I was greeted immediately by one of the owners of the business. The entire area was clean and full of updated items! He immediately presented me with multiple options for my choosing. I proceeded to ask about the business (since I assumed it was new), and was informed that this was one of many other shops around town. Good to know! During this exchange, I was shocked to find out their prices on my items to be LOWER than my usual vape shop. On top of that, he handled the entire transaction with professionalism and care. I was assisted by one of the managers there, Ceasar. I had no idea what the problem was,but Ceasar jumped right in and was able to diagnose it. From there he worked about 25 minutes to fix it,and it wasn't an easy task. He took the time out to help me and did it with a great attitude. Afterwards, he cleaned my vape out,put it back together,and made a great recommendation on an E-juice. Because of this, I will always come back to this shop. He then says that too is actually ten dollars more expensive than what the sticker said. He raised the price of both on the fly while I was standing right there. He's either trying to steal or price gouging. Either way I'm never going back. He did this after I told him about the government banning 7oh soon. Feels like he was trying to price gouge me especially since I know what they cost at other shops.
