Believe he is the tech and owner. Seems like a bright guy and I love to support small businesses. Initial thought was a corrupt windows issue. $40 diagnostic. Issue was more complex. Ended up replacing the motherboard, cpu, fan, and upgrading the ssd. Total new money $730 of which I think $180. Not sure if it is a fair/good/great deal? Updated what was allowed today but system is requiring me to activate windows for which I was not given a key. Awaiting response via online chat as computer is not functional as is. Holding off on final review. *Received windows key quickly. All appears to be running. If this transaction concludes well I do have other projects to get down and love referring friends and family.

My ps5 scuf control has been having stick drift for about 5 months now and it finally became too unbearable. Instead of sending it in to scuf and paying approx $100-150 after them having the controller for over 6-8 weeks, I was more than happy that Robert was able to fix the stick drift for more than half that price and same day. He replaced my joysticks with TMR joysticks which will be incredibly less prone to get stick drift and even it does, I can recalibrate the joystick magnets to fix the stick drift myself. I always respect Robert's business and the knowledge he has. I will always recommend him to solve to your problem.

After doing a quick google search I came across this business which at first seemed to be close to…read moremy home. After calling they said the location closest to me had closed and only their other location was still open. I told them what was wrong with my PS3 and they said they should be able to fix it. I should've realized this place wasn't legitimate since it was on the side of a gas station once I arrived. I looked past this and went inside to find out that I had to put a $25 non refundable deposit down regardless of whether they could fix it or not. This should've been my second clue. Since I had already driven 30 mins from my home I decided to go ahead and give it a try. They told me it should be fixed in two days. Two days rolled around and I tried calling six times with no answer. I tried calling again the next day in which I finally got a reply. She told me that someone was supposed to call me on Saturday and guess that they never did (shifting the blame to someone else). I had to ask about the state of my PS3 and she finally told me that it was un repairable. DO NOT use this business to fix any of your electronics.
