I have been going to this location for about a year now. Started out as great experience great customer service when I had to buy two new mods and all the accessories. Even though the store didn't have them they got them sent to this location. When picked them up still great customer service and very helpful. I typically order my ejuice from Vegas but decide to try something new and local everything was great the first few times I have gone in to buy more ejuice. The juice is great but the arrogant and extremely rude boys behind the counter have now soured the taste and I'll be ordering from Vegas again. Came to the shop at the end of June after the Vape Showcase in Houston as a sales representative for Shijin Vapor based in California. Got to meet the owner Shane along with his staff Amanda & Rob. They were amazing at giving me the time of day to come by for a meeting and talk to them about our products. I've always had interests in CBD for my Husky and had a few questions about it. They were extremely knowledgeable and filled me in on about everything I wondered. Although I did not purchase anything this trip, I wanted to mention how amazing this staff is. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had! if I could give it zero stars I would. I went in today to return $19 worth of incorrect pods that were purchased and only wanted to exchange them for the correct ones. The purchase was made three days ago and I had the receipt in the bag they came in. This extremely small person told me he wouldn't take them back because it was my mistake. I said I'm not sure who's mistake it was but I just want to get the correct ones. He pointed to the Receipt which had some verbiage on it that exchanges were not allowed and all sales final. Then he turned and walked away from me when I was still talking And pretended to be fronting and aligning product never once looking at me. He even told me that he has never made a mistake in his life and would never give me the incorrect product and it's my fault for buying it. I said OK I'm gonna let your corporate office know that $19 is this important to you and he said I am corporate I own the business. Go out of my way to go to this shop always has been really good and the staff has always been helpful until today. Not sure who the guy is there today but he was not helpful, seemed like I and another customer were a bother and was rude. Had a leaking vape that started leaking 2 days after a coil change and he wouldn't even look at it! I will continue to go but if he is there I will turn around. read more
