Warning - do not use your debit or card at this establishment. I try to patronize local establishment but I'm done with Krazy Pizza. They overcharged me over a month ago. I immediately contact the store and spoke to the manager. I've talked to the manager, Dwight, at least five times. He's promised to call back and failed to each time. I went to the store and talked to the manager over a week ago, showing him my account printout where they'd debited my account twice in error. I still don't have my money back. Talked to Dwight last week and he said I could come pick up the money and they would deal with the credit card company. I called today and spoke to Dwight again today at 5:09 to tell him I was on the way to pick up the money and he said he'd call me back. I called him back at 5:22 and he said the manager was going to call me right back. It's 6:00 and he still hasn't call. Tired of the hassled and their unprofessionalism. My next step is to call my bank and have the charge reversed. They've lost me as a customer. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else or use cash only. read more

Called in at 8:50 ordered a medium pizza. Never got the pizza at all. And they stop answering the phone. Will never order from here again.

Okay it's a fact that most restaurants do have snags, even 5 star restaurants. But here I have no complaints; only when they get slammed and food is delayed. The food is the bomb! Never received anything cold or half done or had to return anything in years. Thee calzones, pitas, salads and shrimp are always on point no matter when you order. They also have the most delicious cheesy bread; that you'll ever eat. Don't throw no butter and parm on that bad boy....ooooooweeee!!! Shout out to Dwight on the grill!!! The inside lobby is always clean, appreciate that. If you want a to have a good food experience with some moderately priced food, then Krazy's is the place for you. Very good pizza, but neighborhood's a bit dicey if you're going for take-out. Just a heads-up. That said, they seem to have a pretty efficient pizza machine going here. Ordered over the phone, and then left immediately, thinking I'd be a little early, and therefore make certain my pizza didn't sit under the warming lights for too long, and, lo and behold, I got there just as my pizza was coming out of the oven. Straight garbage customer service and garbage ass employees. Do Not Place online order. It's true. You won't get anything upon arrival. I even showed them my confirmation and the black lady just said "we don't have it" but I can place an order for you which will take 20-25 mins. You notice when owners aren't there,,everything from the overall cleanliness to the speed and quality of the product..I placed a carryout and was told to pick up in 10 minutes.....nearly an hour later(41minutes) after I showed to pick up two pies....my order was ready.....NOT GOOD!......Employees were just walking in and out of the back and I never saw anyone go outside and come back in wash their HANDS!!!!!:( read more

For take out this is a great place. We moved near by and was in no mood for cooking afterwards. I didn't want pizza and it be dull. In fact I call myself a pizza connoisseur if you will. So I didn't wanna have them on the hook for this week long move I was going through. So I ordered fish,cod to be exact. When I got there after getting ready for cod the cook says" we only have talipia,catfish and perch" well since I was raised on perch and hate the other options,it was a no brainer. All I could think about was how soggy the fries will be and the fish half cooked. To my surprise, when I got my order,fish was damn near falling out the box. It was only 3 pieces but 3 big fresh pieces of fish fried perfect. They offer a lemon pepper seasoning but I opted out. This place will get a 5 star when they fix the outside parking up. That's my only down side. After having the pizza and ribs it will stay at 4 stars. The pizza was flavorful with sauce but stingy on toppings and the ribs were tender but a lil on the fatty side. The pizza was good. The owners customer service not good. I decided to order on our way downtown for my sons birthday party. I called earlier in the day to ask how much time I should give them for a large order. The girl said an hour. I called at 4:11 placed my order and was told an hour...perfect. The place called me and I answered but they hung up. They called on our way down and husband told them we were 20 minutes away. They called when I was down the street and said we don't start making them until you get here! WHAT??? So I go to get the order and they are just putting it in the oven. This is over an hour after I called! The owner says large orders have to be pre paid. UM yeah I get that but you called 3 times and didn't say that!!! So I say I can't wait and the owner says but the pizzas are already made up? Not my problem. So the cashier says we can deliver it. I tell them where and the owner won't go for that!!!! So the cashier I believe her name is Tasha says she is off work and will bring it herself. She did bring it and was a sweetheart. She saved the order and her bosses butt! The lady that answers the phone is not professional. She rushes you through the call as though she is annoyed that you've called the establishment. She also gets an attitude if you inquire on ANYTHING. When we ordered, we had to keep guessing what type of beverages they had instead of her just listing them. That's poor customer service! Once we finally guessed a soda they had she smacked her lips as if to say, "finally" and rushed the total. She slammed the phone down at the end of the call and didn't say bye. She's not friendly AT ALL. I can't figure out why a business would put her on the phones or at the counter. Although I like the pizza and I try to support the neighborhood businesses, I will not be going back to the Mack location and I will make sure my family and our business no longer orders until they can be professional and friendly.
