Another beautiful pie from my favorite pizza delivery place! Toppings, toppings & more toppings galore! The sauce is the best! Very fast delivery by my favorite delivery girl! Always has a great smile

    Worst pizza ever

Never ever had the soggiest pizza ever till now. Just feta and onion on it. Wife brought it home after visiting parents in Warren. What a flop in all the sense. Even after heating it back up in my air fryer still garbage. They made me give it a star for the review? Wouldn't have given them that

I honestly love this place so much this is my go to pizza place Their pizza is amazing and all of the staff is so loveable. All the girls are super sweet and the guys all super nice and funny. I cant recall a single time that i've had bad pizza. it's always on spot & Also, props to the owner for hiring the staff he has. Those kids are the root of little italy's, it reminds me being high school and the nostalgic feeling is just everything :')

Tried and true pep and cheese. The best around.

Little Italy has become a staple in our household as of late. They're the only pizza place I've had that is the exact same level of perfection every time we order. While I am usually a fan of a basic cheese pizza, it's hard not to order their pepperoni and cheese because they use the "old world" style pepperonis, or as we refer to them as, little peps. These little grease filled meat cups are far superior to any other places offerings. You want some good cheese bread? Call Dominos or something. You want the best cheese bread? BOOM, LITTLE ITALY HAS YOU COVERED. Seriously, it should be criminal with the amount of cheese and garlic butter they put on that stuff. Their pasta dishes have been pretty great, too. Not really much to say here but their meat sauce is solid and the alfredo ain't to heck either. Delivery is always fast and everything always arrives hot!

Olive with extra cheese xl pizza

Everything I ordered was overcooked. Breadsticks are usually cheesy and gooey they were crunchy. Pizza looks like ordered it well-done. 3 out of the 4 workers were outside vaping while I was there, so the 1 employee was doing everything. Usually I absolutely love Little Italy's which I why I travel from Hall/Hayes rd to 12 and Hoover.

To broaden our experience, my friend and I split everything we ordered. Dinner was AMAZING....5/5 APPETIZER: "Burrata Camponata" A mound of this heavenly Eggplant Relish, severalthick slices of fresh Burrata oozing cheese, and a big mound of imported, freshly shaved Prosciutto off of the special shaver that sits in the dining room for the dishes that require this beautifully seasoned ham. Absolutely delicious appetizer! The basket of fresh Italian bread and olive oil for dipping was put to use with our glasses of Chianti and then enjoyed very soon as an olive oil topped bread base for our well-placed trio of this gorgeous appetizer. Next, for the salad, we chose to split the "Charred (on a hot coal grill !) Romaine on the grill Caesar Salad" with an anchovie garnish The perfectly seasoned croutons were made in-house, and so was their most divine (BEST I've ever had) Caesar dressing! We split 2 Entrees: Pasta Carbonara created in the imported, authentic, giant Parmesan wheel table-side Espresso-encrusted Prime cut sirloin steak Med Rare with roasted redskins and fresh, petite green beans. It was the most tender cut of beef with huge flavor, made even more so from the grill. It was perfection, simple fare, highest quality of ingredients, all prepared and presented beautifully. The staff were always attentive, though not smothering, and genuinely friendly with a ready smile. DESSERT: We split "heaven-in-your-mouth" x2 : a piece of Dubai Chocolate cheesecake and a serving of the Tiramisu. "Ecstasy," is all we could say as the perfect wrap-up to this gourmet trip to Italy Mangiabevi, you haunt me daily until I return.

Our dinner started with easy to make reservations for four for a Friday night. Once arrived we were promptly seated and introductions made, Annie was our server(and more). I had note seen the menu in over a year so I personally was delighted to see plenty of ocean going features, specifically the grilled Octopus, shellfish and more. Before the food everyone agreed on a drink. Everyone tried something different than the others. Drinks included a Chocolate Martini, Limoncello(homemade) like grandma made it) Martini, Tanqueray and Tonic and Makers Mark Old fashioned for me. Everyone agreed the drinks were just right. Annie was then asked to bring out some Grilled Octopus. A HUGE and thick long leg was then served. DELICIOUS! Dinner was ordered with some questions(by me). I was intrigued by the Black Linguine. Basically a fruit de Mare or shellfish but with white wine. I asked for a subscription to a spicy red pasta sauce, not available. However, my friends wife chose this and said it was delicious. My friend and also my opted for the table side Carbonara. Basically a long sting pasta with a cheese wheel at the table. The cheese gets heated up and then scraped and put into the pasta. Our cheese scraper was entertaining and put on a nice show. For me, I decided on the Branzino, which was served whole but deboned at the table, with sauteed spinach. From the first bite, I was in heaven. We then had a second round of drinks, the girls switched things up and went for Cosmos, us guys repeated what we had earlier. Lastly, we just had to have dessert and were we glad we did. Both couple opted to share with one another. Our friends chose the Profiterole which they said was delicious. However, everyone loved our choice; Nicciola Mousse Tart. This is a MUST get. I can't even describe it other than I should have gotten one for the road. This place also had some soft entertainment, keyboard player. So glad we made the journey here. Highly recommend it!

It was packed inside and when we inquired on the wait time the hostess mentioned people were staying long and they were very behind. Once we finally got seated we got a private booth with curtains. A warm bread basket (very delicious) quickly arrived and our drink orders taken. The drinks here are quality pours and they brought us extra olives and cherries which we thought was a nice touch. We started off with calamari and escargot for our appetizers. Calamari was plentiful and had big meaty pieces. The breading was a little too salty though. I'm used to calamari coming with a side of marinara but this came with cocktail sauce. It was nothing special and probably wouldn't order it again. The escargot, normally a favorite of mine, was to rave about either. The sauce it came in was very bland and my girlfriend ended up adding salt to it to make it taste better. Main courses were a better choice. I had the gnocchi with Palomino sauce and it was excellent. They give quite a big portion so I had enough leftovers for the next day. The birthday girl got the Veal Mamma Assunta my other friend went with the shrimp Casalinga (their house speciality). They both said they liked their choices but it wasn't anything exceptional. I think depending on what you order certain dishes are better than others. We had a good experience and the portions are large but it just seemed there were a few things lacking that could have made it a great experience. I would still recommend Luciano's but I would come here when it wasn't a busy weekend or during lunchtime.

The result is a mouthwatering pie-like pizza that you're not getting anywhere else. If you want a lot of topping options, Louis isn't for you, it's far more limited than competitors, but I would argue they perfect the basics. The interior is charming in a straight out of the 1970s sort of way. The dining area can get pretty loud but the noise level is friendly and it's great being in a full restaurant surrounded by other people having a good time. There's a strong community feeling you don't get in sterile, corporate chains or local takeout spots. Despite my overwhelming praise for the pizzas they make, I also have to be honest. In the most charitable way possible, I hope that they can take some of their much deserved recent success and reinvest it back into the business because the front of house staff is regularly in over their heads. You can safely add 15 minutes to whatever time they quote you when placing your order. I had one order that was close to 30 minutes late and another that was missing all the extra sauces. As a result, pickup orders are very frustrating. The other criticism I have is that the parking lot is very crowded and routinely spills out into the surrounding streets. The lot size is limited, so not much they can do but they could work with the city to repave the lot and color label certain areas. I hope more people check out Louis. It is a gem.

We immediately noticed the extreme simplification of the menu; Firenze's four-page menu, containing all of the beloved Italian dishes has been reduced to a one-page, bare-bones offering... with every item changed to a la carte. It's easy to figure out what happened; the owners of Firenze brought Gordon Ramsey in thinking he would magically transform their restaurant into a new, trendy, high-end destination with a menu that would appeal to the new, trendy, Tic-Tok generation. Unfortunately, the demographic in South-Warren isn't going to bite. What made Firenze so popular in the area was its old-fashioned charm, and all-inclusive meals at a reasonable price-point. Firenze's nostalgic appeal and affordability has been obliterated for a slick, glossy concept created by a multi-millionaire who is completely unfamiliar with this Southeast Michigan neighborhood and the sensibilities of those who live in it. Bottom line; the food was good, not great, and definitely not worth the total. Two of us ordered a pasta dish, and a chopped salad. Our bill with tip came to $75.00. Firenze missed the mark, and completely forgot their longtime patrons who loved their restaurant as it was. I wish you success, but we won't be back.
