Moldy. Mold. I worked at the one they have (and probably won't have long) near Groesbeck and 13 mile and it was so disgusting in there I couldn't stand it. LIP is by far the best pizza place around! Not only is the food amazing, with the freshest ingredients and mouth watering flavors, but the customer service is above and beyond! A while back I ordered food through my husband, and because of him it arrived incorrectly, but only because my husband got the order wrong. This happened not once, but twice! These little grease filled meat cups are far superior to any other places offerings. You want some good cheese bread? Call Dominos or something. You want the best cheese bread? This was my last because the workers were actually trying to justify me having a burnt pizza because of extra cheese after forgetting ALL of my supreme pizza items from the initial order. The language in the store was very loud and inappropriate too. Initially I couldn't tell if there were additional workers or a TV with an extremely loud volume. It was unprofessional. Really, I should've known something was wrong when I saw the lady in front of me turnaround with her order where a topping was missing. I had 5 toppings missing from my initial order and the remake was burnt! The owner/manager was kind. Offered to remake the pizza a 3rd time. I requested a refund instead. I was offered a salad too. The cheesy bread is fantastic. You can order it with lots of cheese. Also, they add garlic. Super flavorful and cheesy. Delish. We also had a pepperoni square pizza and supreme. My husband enjoyed the supreme. I thought the pepperoni was okay. I'm not sure I would get the pepperoni again. We had our food delivered and my daughter ordered mozzarella cheese sticks. The toppings covered every inch of the pizza practically ensuring there was no just crust in some places, which was fine by me. The actual crust was pretty good. It was crispy with the coverings of cheese that basically allowed it to be a crispy crust. The sauce wasnt overpowering and the mixture of all the toppings were excellent.
