I visited Kre8ing your ideas today for the 3rd year in a row for school uniform embroidery. I loveeeee the customer service here and the quality of her embroidery is even better! Kre8ing your ideas embroidered all of my son's school uniforms. He is extremely rough with his clothes but I can honestly say that none of embroidery on his uniforms suffered from his rough housing. Kre8ing your ideas is a Black owned embroidery business located in the Windsor mill area. I would highly recommend this business for all of your embroidery needs. Terrible quality...we had several tops embroidered and picked up today. The threads are loose or coming out on all but one and the logo does not match on any. I didn't see them upon pickup because my assistant picked up. When I called to discuss, an extremely rude woman kept interrupting. I also questioned the uneven placement of their embroidery, which I guess pissed her off? Seriously, one of them is at least 10° too high on the right. She kept interrupting (she didn't allow me to finish even one sentence) and then announced all sales are final when we leave the store and proceeded to hang up on me. I get mistakes in production, I was simply asking they be redone. She never let me get to a reasonable point in the conversation, just kept cutting me off and blaming me for not picking them up myself. This place is a joke run by incompetent and rude staff. I'd suggest you keep looking. Update, she's refusing to see me or assist me per my FB review and resultant comments. Drama abounds read more

Love to see that this busy little local shop was back in the game! They had previously shut down due to the pandemic but they are back at it and in full throttle! This is my second time bringing in polo shirts for my chapter to be embroidered with our logo. Gabrielle took care of me the first time as well as this time. You now must go online to schedule your appointment to come in but that process was super easy. I brought in 13 shirts on 3/10 (Wednesday) and was told they'd be ready by Tuesday of the following week, well low & behold I got an email confirmation to pick up my pieces on that Friday, 2 days later. I was so pumped about picking up the shirts earlier than expected since I'd be seeing some of my members on Saturday and could get their shirts to them. So on both occasions, the ladies here have been nothing professional, Gabrielle is super nice and takes her time to make sure she understands exactly what you want so that they produce your desired outcome. Used to come here to get my sister's BPI uniform shirts made. The staff is always pleasant to work with and are very friendly. The return time for your item is super quick (to get 5 BPI shirts and a sweater made was about a week). And the prices are reasonable. I recommend this shop to everyone. I had an employee drop off shirts for embroidery. I called the store after as my employee had not left instructions. I spoke with the manager on the phone and explained the design should be 3"x3" and it should be on the left pocket. They said that was no problem. Today I had the employee pick up the shirts. Three major issues: 1) the embroidery looks bad - loose thread and very unprofessionally done, 2) the design is placed above the left shirt pocket, almost on the shoulder, & 3) the design is larger than 3x3 which does not look good on the shirt. I called them after the employee brought me the shirts and the person on the phone was EXTREMELY rude, told me that they were told nothing about the design or placement, then yelled that their policy is all sales are final once you leave the store. This is not written on their website and I was not informed of this on the phone when I called for information originally. Bad quality, rude staff, and a complete waste of time and money. Also they modified the logo file I gave them without checking with me: they changed the spacing and the "r" on the logo. read more
