This place actually deserves zero stars, but that option isn't available. I waited TWO HOURS for AAA to find a tow facility last night. Kreagers is AAA, just about 4 miles away, they refused! I had to wait until the next morning, and they got a provider from 45 miles away... read more

If we could give 0 stars, we would. We called AAA three times for separate reasons and Kreager always came. Their service is the worst. On the last call, we called AAA and asked for a different company to help and waited 5 hours, called multiple times and never got the service needed. Both AAA and Kreager failed miserably. read more

the worst experience I've ever had, was told it would get picked up at 12:30, called they said they were busy now pushed to 3, they gave no heads up it would get pushed out, we asked if we have to wait at the vehicle or if we can drive an hour back to our home, they said we could go home and they would get our info at drop off, we go home, we call them and they said that it got canceled TWO HOURS AGO because we weren't there, (with zero communication from anyone it got canceled so we sat at the drop off location for no reason) , which the manager at the company said we could go home, we call AAA and they said they have no say so if we have to be there or not, and that we have to be there, we drive the hour back to the pick up location, and our vehicle is already gone, (again with ZERO communication that it was taken) so we drove an our back for nothing, we rush back to our house to meet the tow truck and the first thing he says is "you guys don't know how to answer your phone?" Bad mouthing us to our family who was home at the time, we live in the middle of nowhere with little to no cell service, the call was TWO minutes prior to us showing up, the service was the worst experience we have ever had and zero professionalism and respect! we drove two hours for the drivers mistakes then he disrespects us instantly! and makes a remark that the truck was "driveable" which it was not the transmission wouldn't go over 15mph not that it is his decision to make at all! If someone is having a transmission problem you should not be driving it onto the truck to begin with! That is why you put it into neutral and pull it up not risking more damage, we are not renewing this membership due to that incident. Also our first and last time ever using this. read more

My son was in a car accident on Jenny and Kessel in Bay City, during a snow storm Police called Kreager to tow his vehicle. Don't let the police call a tow service as soon as they do its considered a 911 call and they double the bill. I told them I wanted the vehicle towed to labadie a couple miles from accident they said they can't just drop it off at a lot. It has to go to there Yard. They charged him $50 a day for storage. Labadie told me after they lied to my face it wasn't so. Don't use this toe business, use Bob's towing they are more repable and don't lie. read more

We called AAA and they contacted Kreager towing to tow our car we were stuck at the rest station on I 75 in Bay City I need to be towed 96 miles. We looked up AAA to see when they were coming and it was incomplete so I decided to call the tow company. They said they will not tow a car that far then why are they AAA. AAA should cancel there contract and find a new tow Company to do their service. They are not just to blame either AAA is just as bad they disgust me I would not recommend getting AAA towing service. I did towing service for nine years and never turn down the customer for AAA. Shame on both companies for leaving me and my family stuck thank God for friends. read more

The lady in the office is so unprofessional and rude! She was more worried about getting her money than she was willing to help a customer out and hold a vehicle on their lot for a few days for an insurance adjuster to come out there. Would never recommend this company! read more

Our car broke down on a Sunday near Midland. Driving from Traverse City to Toledo, Ohio in a snow storm. AAA dispatched Kreagers and they saved the day. No service station were open, nor were any rental car places. They found us a hotel that took dogs and arranged for our auto to be fixed the next day, and did not make an issue of the mileage limit, otherwise we simply would have been stranded.
